Dr. Totman is a great vet who will work closely with you to ensure that your pet gets the best treatment possible. The staff are friendly and helpful too.

We have been taking our pets to Vineyard Veterinary clinic for years and have always been satisfied. Dr. Totman is exceptionally knowledgeable and spends a lot of time with you and your pet and explains everything thoroughly. The office is clean and the staff,(particularly Danielle) are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this facility!

This has been my vet office for many years, they do a great job.

My cats were stressed out when we arrived but this is them shortly after. Every person who came into contact with us was calm, understanding and great with my babies. I've been looking for a new vet, for quite some time and I'm happy to say...we've found one. Highly recommend!!

Amazing .....my cat was so mean I was worried that they wouldn't be able to examine him. I called they were able to get him in 2 days later .we only waited about 10 min they took him in and pretty quickly they came out and told me what was wrong and they could do the procedure the next morning .... I brought him back ..and when he was done the doc called me to explain what he had done .he answered ALL my questions.when I picked my baby up I knew he had been treated the way I treat him .they are the best and affordable...definitely our new vet!!!

Not very good customer service on the phone. First call ever, I asked if there was any availability for my dog, and the response was no... so I guess they don’t take appointments? I’m just confused

Good luck getting your pet in. Absolutely ridiculous. Called and left a message to see about having my pet looked at for a minor medical need. Not seeing it as an emergency since it wasn’t life threatening and wanting to save that option for someone with a real emergency. I waited all day for a call back hoping to get him seen within the next couple of days. As my pets medical needs have progressed I finally call again choosing the option for emergency where I am quickly directed to the front desk. Who informs they are not accepting new patients. Great. This should DEFINITELY be something you say on your automated system instead of me waiting around all day for a call back. Or better yet call me back to let me know. I know they listen to the messages. One of my pets is already a patient here. Completely DISAPPOINTED.

The staff is friendly. My appointments (routine appointments) have been made within 2-3 days of calling in. Prices are fair. I will continue to take Toby here. ????

just so you know, they do a good job but they will nickle and dime you to death on everything. spent $800 on my pet and had to schedule a follow up to surgery for my pet. found out after that i had to pay for the follow up that should had been included with the surgery. The follow up should had been to make sure the did not mess up. They wanted me to also purchase so many items and also purchases expensive dog food. Always loved our vet in the past. this one is all about the money. IMHO

They are the best VET that I could have chosen for all three of our dogs when we moved here.

I'm a little sad to be rating this place 2 stars - the vet techs and the vet were really nice. However, our appointment that we made ahead of time was delayed by about and hour and half. I can deal with that, but since I am writing this review I will just include it. The thing that really bothered me was their response after receiving lab results. My dog was not doing well and we went here to get some tests done. Specimens were taken on Friday. I called Tuesday morning (9:00) to ask if the results had come in because my dog seemed to be getting worse and I wanted to know how to proceed based on the labs. The tech told me the labs came in first thing in the morning, but the vet hadn't looked at them. I explained the situation and asked if it could be looked at as soon as possible so I knew how to proceed. (I also wanted to know the results in case I needed to bring my dog to emergency, then we could have some more information.) She said she would talk to the vet. I got no response, so I called again around 1:00. They said they still hadn't looked, but they would talk to the vet again. Still no response until about 7:00, when we were already at emergency and doing things all over again. I know that the office can get very busy, but I wish I had gone to a vet that would have taken a little extra time when I told them that my dog's health was getting worse. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this office with any other pet.

Got my dog's teeth clean the guys very fast professional and does a good job my dog is not afraid of him and she's very sketchy at times has some anxiety

Dr. Totman shows extreme care with my fur babies. He is knowledgeable and easy to talk to and explains things so you know what's going on. I wouldn't trust the care of my pets with any other veterinarian. Thank you for making even the tough situations easier to handle.

Staff is kind, plus they make it convenient to bring in multiple pets.

Dr. Totman took care of our dog, Sadie, for almost 11 years until she had to be put down. We were very happy with the care Sadie received while she was still alive. Now, he takes care of our daughters cat that we are in possession of. We wouldn't take our pets anywhere else. The staff is very professional, caring and compassionate. We highly recommend Vineyard Veterinary Hospital for all your pets needs!

Very friendly staff but I don't like the way they will only give you flea medications if you bring your dog in.They sell the same medication in your local pet store without a doctor visit.

The entire staff is great with all the pet companions. Genesis is always excited to visit. They are always able to fit you in for emergencies and assist w/ any necessary insurance claims.

Dr. Totman and his staff are amazing! They are all so caring and compassionate with my dogs, that they don’t mind going to the Dogtor! We are so blessed to have such an amazing Vet for our precious furr babies, especially in this time of our Pom’s sickness. Dr. Totman provides one on one special attention to his patients and goes above and beyond when it comes to your pets health and treatment plan. Vineyard Vetinarian Hospital deserves 10 plus stars!

Horrible place the vet couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my Sphynx spent $1000 on medications and food he didn’t need paid for X-rays that he couldn’t read I’ll never bring any of my animals here again!

Amazing staff, great friendly place to take the furry members of your family. The veterinarian was so amazing with my dogs and really genuinely cared about their health and well being. 10/10 would recommend and as long as I'm in temecula I will be bringing my woofs here for all their health and dental needs.

I recently called to renew my dog's shots and they scheduled it for a convenient time and I took my dog in and after a brief exam she was given her shots. I highly recommend this Veterinary service.
