Johnny was amazing, his customer service was outstanding !!! So much knowledge, and the store was so busy and he was the only one working but handled it like a boss????

I Purchased this little guy before the holidays, the helpful people at the reptile shop let me know they would not be able to ship until Jan.03 and only then if the weather permitted. This was the very first sign that I made the right choice in choosing our newest family member from here. My little guy arrived very safely packaged and at a safe and healthy temp. From my visual inspection he is absolutely perfect. I will update this post at a later date with updates on how he is doing. Super professional, helpful, patient, and caring place. If you are in the market for a new pet or anything you may need for your reptile this is the go to place!

Our new go to reptile shop! My family and I are beginners with our first lizard and so we've been dropping in the shop weekly for advice and shopping for items needed and every single time we have gone the staff always go out of their way to help. So grateful to have found the shop and will be a continued customer! Highly recommend to everyone!

This is a great place! Always friendly and helpful. The store is always impeccably clean, their reptiles are healthy and exceptionally well cared for. Even their feeders (mice rats, ect...) are cared for, healthy and well fed. Prices for accessories, decoration, tanks, supplements and bedding are reasonably low as well.

We had a very kind and bubbly associate recommend Leopa Gel for one of our geckos who was having difficulty eating or would just not eat at all, so we gave it a try and he's eating! I'm so glad we did and very thankful this shop has knowledgeable associates. Thank you!

I looked up dozens of breeder reviews for Tegus. I ultimately decided to purchase a baby from The Reptile Shop. I work overnights and purchased him a little after midnight, and shortly after they opened I received a call to verify weather and location before shipping. The guy who called me was super friendly. My new little one should be here tomorrow and so far I’ve had an amazing experience! A lot of reptile people lack customer service skills, but they made me feel extremely confident in my decision to choose them! **Had to Add** My new little one was just delivered. Looked him over pretty good before putting him in his enclosure. He’s in excellent condition, already has a tame demeanor and didn’t appear to be stressed from shipping. And the bag had a smiley face for an added touch of awesome customer service! It’s only been 30 minutes and I am already in love. Thank you guys so much for my dream lizard!!!

I bought my BEL from here and they are amazing! The reptile selection is wonderful! We saw lots of beautiful Ball Pythons! The staff gave me wonderful advice and were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. This place is TOP NOTCH!!! I bought this guy over a year ago and he’s still thriving and doing so well. I was a first time reptile keeper and they were very nice and knowledgeable. Definitely give this shop a visit.

This place is amazing, I always get help right away and they have EVERYTHING!! Looks like they take good care of their animals, I got my baby crestie from here and it’s doing very well, very healthy. I go here for his crickets/worms too. Great service, great animals, and great supplies. They sell gecko powder food, bugs and mice, feeder tweezers, hides and other decor for the tanks, and actual tanks, much more! Love this place, definitely see myself getting more reptiles from here in the future!

This is my favorite place for live rats for my ball Python! I’ve always gotten the best service here. This is literally a ONE STOP shop for reptile owners. I purchased a large tank and substrate and hides last time and it didn’t break the bank . Most places are so over priced. I definitely trust that I’m getting good deal when I shop here!

Great little reptile shop. Nice selection of lizard's, frogs and other creatures. Guys are very knowledgeable and helping. If you don't see what you are looking for in the front just ask. They have a huge back stock at this and other locations. I highly recommend this reptile shop for all your reptile needs.
