confirming my appointment with the groomer today someone in the background stated I hate that dog. As a future tip beware to whom your leaving your dog with unattended I have cancelled my appointment and will no longer use their services. Think twice before you leave your dog unattended some of the staff my not be treating your pet as a loved one. The news media has also been notified.

Been going here over a year now. Great pet salon. It’s the first place I’ve ever taken my smaller dog where he doesn’t itch and scratch afterwards. I have asked for scent-free, hypoallergenic shampoo at every groomer he’d gone to and he always itched for 2-3 days after. He has Never scratched even once at Shampooch. Will never take my dogs anywhere else.

Decided to go with the mobile grooming service, and Makayla did a fantastic job!! My dog was getting pretty shaggy and I usually groom him myself, but since his arthritis has gotten worse he can't stand for too long at a time. She did everything in ~45mins; bath, nails, groom, paw pads, facial, ear cleaning, etc. He came back looking like a puppy! The detail she had in trimming his pits and private area was unlike any other groomer I've taken him to. She's very thorough and patient and I definitely recommend her services if you're looking for a new groomer!

The prices are good but the staff is not friendly and nice when you ask a question. It smells bad inside.

The ladies here are friendly and consistent in the quality of grooming they perform. I’ve been bringing both my dogs here since I moved here 2 years ago and don’t consider taking them anywhere else.

The ladies were PHENOMENAL with our baby boy! We were concerned as it was his first time at a groomers, but he was happy, and playful when we picked him up. And I was worried about the groomers removing all his puppy hair, but the furminator treatment was AMAZING, it removed the massive amounts of shedding hair and left his puppy coat intact and beautiful! Already have an appt for next month!

I don’t know the woman’s name that groomed Riley the other day but she listened to me and gave him a great grooming. Thank you so much for a great job.

I love this place so much I take two of my dogs here and almost every groomer has taken care of Brando and they all amaze me everytime I even took my 14 year old Australian shepherd mix Maya who cant stand very long and courtney did a fantastic job. The people that stated shampooch used to me my neighbor and it smells good inside and its really nice inside.

Mobile groomer was fabulous. Did exactly what I asked for my shih tzu and he loved her

Staff is so friendly and the prices are reasonable

They were nice but we were getting our cat groomed and asked for a lion cut. Paid like $90 to get the cat back and she looked horrible. They just buzzed her and didn't care about how the cut looked. Missed some spot and left her tail looking like a duster. For the price I cant justify the cut. I will not be going back or recommending it to anyone.

Great place to groom my golden.

Our first visit was just for a bath, and they did a great job. The service went downhill from there. The second visit, they forgot to trim our dogs feet (he was only there for a bath and the trimming of the pads). When I called to find out why they didn't trim his feet, she was not apologetic and offered to put a credit in the system for next time. The third time, one dog was supposed to be groomed, and the same dog that had been there before was supposed to have a bath. The bath went well, but they didn't groom our little dog, just a bath! I scheduled the appointment for the services that I wanted, so I'm not sure where the misunderstanding came in. And then the fourth visit happened :/ Our same dog went in for a BATH, just a bath. They have never groomed him because I do it myself. I received a voicemail that they were unsure what type of haircut I wanted for him!! I called back 3 minutes after I received the voicemail...3 minutes!! I reminded them that he was only there for a bath. Nobody mentioned that the groomer had already taken it upon herself to start grooming him. I have no idea what the proper way to groom a dog is, however, she shaved part of his face, as if she was going to give him a standard poodle face, completely shaved his "hygiene" area underneath (I mean like totally bald), and it appears that one hind leg was also in the process of being trimmed like a traditional poodle! How does this happen in three minutes of a dog being dropped off for a bath? He was so dirty from the construction in our backyard, and they just started shaving him. 3 1/2 hours later, after no phone call, I went to pick him up. His groomer had left without calling me or asking anyone else to call me to let me know that he was done. He was sitting in the back, and they had no idea he was still there. I paid, left an 18% tip, and then she brought out my riduculous looking dog. The groomer who checked me out was super apologetic and tried to fix his face because he looked so awful. I am so disappointed, and angry that they would just start shaving a dog when they clearly didn't even know what I wanted...just a bath! The groomer offered to put a note in our account to upgrade the next service. Unfortunately, I will not be going back. Our dog looks ridiculous and I'm extremely disappointed with the salon. I will not even post a picture because my beautiful dog looks so stupid. This will take a while to grow out!

This place is awesome, all the staff there are friendly and they offer variety of services. Take you're dog here, its best place in temecula and the pricing is the best.
