I'm giving some serious thought to getting a pet. This is my first time in the store and it was quite nice. Very clean. I was expecting more animals but aside from that, a cool spot. Kevin the cat looks like he had a lot on his mind. But I had a great time here I will definitely be back soon once I make my decision to adopt an animal.

Cannot change e-mail once set. Not all e-mails last forever. If you lose your e-mail your only resort is to create a new account..... BUT..... Now you can't use the same phone number...... What are we living in? The 1990's?

Nice place very limited in supplies right now because of covid.

I appreciated all of the varieties to choose from; the many brands to choose from. The associates greeted me when I entered the store. The biggest complaint was the prices for everything are 20 to 30 percent higher. The main benefit of Petco is if you need a speciality item. I give it 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ because of the associates, the esthetics, and the variety; However, In my own opinion their items are outrageously priced. A cat collar $26 when the same collar at ROSS in Ghent miscellaneous department $9.99 and it came with a Leash. I will try to avoid because on a fixed income the prices are too high. Cat food, dog food, cat litter way too high.

This Petco location is extremely neat, the service reps are friendly and helpful, and I have yet to run into any problems at this location. I probably won’t visit any others come and less I absolutely have to.

Everything I need. Not a big store but very well stocked.

This Petco is set up very nicely. It is very clean and has a nice layout. Thrive is located next to Petco and you can enter Petco from Thrive. Love the the self serve treats are covered. We have been to several other self serve treats that are infested with bugs and we will not buy any. Thank you for a great shopping experience!

Couldn't get my prescription for my cat without a card from Petco. Nobody was able to get it to me.

Had a good time shopping in the store. The selection of collars and harnesses for both cats and dogs were nice. Picked up a jersey for one of my dogs and some harnesses for the cat and dog. The staff was very friendly.

Selection of fish/plants was OK, could be better. Would like to see more variety of fresh water fish/plants/inverts. I do like to see the for sale plants in the same tank with the fish. Employees were great, you need to hire more for weekends. Line was backed up and had to wait a little to get help with fish. Not a huge deal but would be better to have more employees get customers in/out faster.

Buying was fast at a lower cost online than in store. Of course, customer associates were nice and very helpful.

Only real downside I saw was the prices are a little high.

There was a long line of waiting just because one customer complained about something!

The product I bought was way too expensive so I doubt I will buy it there again. The associate was very helpful in finding what I needed.

The young man that helped us was amazing! He helped us literally all the way out the door! He ran after us to make sure our questions were answered.

Love the staff here. They always seem like they want to help and they legit seem interested in learning about the customers and their pets. When I'm shopping, if someone is restocking, they always ask if I need anything. It seems like the people who work here really care about animals and want to make sure that you are getting the right stuff for your pets. That means a lot to me because I have become painfully aware that some pet places only exist for $$$.
