Kahoots great place they go above and beyond customer care...my son had questions about his crested gecko and what they weren't sure in they looked it up online and printed for him to educate him..

We have 2 picky cats and a picky, old dog and have trouble finding their preferred brands of food and CBD treats; Kahoots always has them! The staff are friendly and helpful, highly recommend!

I had the best experience with Brein. She greeted me with a warm kind smile and made my experience absolutely delightful. She really knows what she’s talking about and helped me to find everything my dog and cat would need. I’ve been having behavioral problems with my cat and she helped me figure it all out. She was super patient and really listened to me. She didn’t try to push me into buying things I don’t need but actually took the time to help. I’m so excited to try out these new products with my animals! Thank you again Brein! I’ll definitely be back again because of her!

Brein is a life saver! She deserves a raise! She was so informative and professional. She helped me find the perfect leash for my dog and really great dog food. My dog means everything to me so having someone like Brein help me with my dog really means a lot to me.

Khoots is the best pet store in town!!! I love going there for dog food, treats and goodies. Recently, I had taken my dog (Bella) with me and that during a conversation with one of the associates, I mentioned that I had trouble training bella on certain commands. It happened to be that the trainer Vanessa was there and I was able to chat with her about my issues with Bella. After her recommendation I signed up for a private 4 week session for her. Today, was her last day of training and I can’t thank Vanessa enough for her patience and support throughout this entire process. I have tried other trainers in the past and let me tell you this has been my favorite and the best experience ever. Vanessa has a true connection with pets and she understands them completely. Most importantly she doesn’t get frustrated and she has the patience to teach them. I am signing up for my other dog (Cooper) and we will start training him about in 2 weeks. I would totally recommend Vanessa and Kahoots to everyone who love their pets!!! Bella loves her even more!!!!

This is the absolute BEST pet store in this area! Every single employee who works here seems to be happy to be there, they all care about your needs, and have extensive knowledge about their products. They do not carry basic pet food, only high quality products you can be proud to serve your pet.

Excellent quality products, staff makes sure you can find items you are looking for. Went today for vet clinic, to get my neighbors Siberian Husk pup a micro chip. Would recommend Kahoots to everyone with pets.
