Dirty Paws Grooming Spa Temecula, California

I'm traveling with my dogs and needed a grooming service. The staff was accommodating and friendly. They were great with my dogs and the fees were fair. If I lived here they would be my regular shop.

BE AWARE !! and make sure you ask them about their hidden fees!! Welcoming ladies, but they over charged me and surprised me with their rediculous price just because they couldn’t handle my dog, I wish they would have call me and ask me if it was okay to do what they did before charging me 250.00 for a bath and hair cut for my dog. I would never take my dog here ever again.

They did an amazing job on my dog! I will definitely be going here from now on.

BEWARE! When we took our 20 lb. pug to have her nails trimmed and ears cleaned out, there weren’t any initial red flags. The lobby area was clean and nicely decorated and the receptionist was friendly. The lady took our dog to a grooming area that we couldn’t see, which didn’t seem too unusual, but we soon heard barking and whimpering from other dogs. When our dog came back to the lobby, the lady unapologetically told us that due to our dog squirming, she had cut two of our dogs nails and our dog was now bleeding. Our dog doesn’t love her usual groomer but she always stands still for them and she seems normal when she’s done. At Dirty Paws, she came out bleeding, with her ears soaked in some sort of cleaning solution, shaking and whimpering, trying with all her strength to get out of that place. I got her blood all over my clothes and it took about half an hour to calm her down. The lady told us not to let her walk on the ground and sent us on our way. When we got home, we cleaned the blood off of our dog’s paws, gave her treats and lots of love, and assured her that we will NEVER make her go back to that place! She will resume going to her usual groomer, where she is always returned unharmed.

The only place our little actually likes to go to. So popular we need to book weeks in advance. Perfect grooming every time.

They did a great job taking care of our dog! She was a mess and they didn’t even charge extra so I gave them a great tip!

They did a wonderful job! Our little Jenny looks so pretty and was very happy with them! They treat your pet gently and kindly! We definitely found where we want to take all our pets!

Dirty Paws is great everyone friendly and Lucky Bandit likes it there and he gets a great shampoo and hair cut. Glad they're back open been going there for a lot of years.

This is a wonderful place to take your babies for grooming needs they were very kind in dealing with my extremely nervous and neurotic rescue dog .June had a (nail trim)poop party lol says thank you for understanding!

They do an awesome job for our 3 dogs. The work is normally complete within 2 hours. Other places around Temecula are longer.

Wonderful staff. They always do a great job. They offer a big menu of services for your pooch.

Friendly. They always answer the phone and communicate clearly. They also like to go over my dogs haircuts. I’ve been going here for years, and most importantly, my dogs dont come back to me shaking or afraid like other groomers have caused. I have a Husky, Yorkie, and a Maltipoo.

Enjoy thaking my dog here for spa day. He smell so good and everything looks hood pn him.

This place is amazing. I took my male Shih Tzu here for the first time for a groom and he had knots due to a shirt he wore. I was afraid they were going to have to cut them out. They somehow worked a miracle and he came back knot free and looking adorable. He was very well taken care of and had a fun visit. I highly recommend this groomer.

Took my three dogs, yes THREE, for a bath and grooming and they look AWESOME! Owner is very friendly and helpful. The lady who groomed my pups knows what she is doing. I'll be requesting her next time!

Took my dogs here and Destani was the groomer who helped take care of my boys. DESTANI immediately connected with them and was very in tuned with the way she handled their hyperactive behavior. They got their nails done, and a hair cut. My dogs loved Destani. I'LL DEFINITELY be back again. Thank you destani you were amazing!

Best cut my dog has ever received. Staff are kind, patient, flexible, and accommodating. This is our go to for dog grooming. Highly recommend.
