Noticed staff doesn’t interact with the dogs, they walk around the dogs but display no affection nor interaction with them. The staff also doesn’t explain the entire process for new comers, they crate the dogs for a couple hours for “lunch” if your dog has crate traumas this is not the place for your furry friend.

Customer service was great and everyone was very helpful however, my dog was only in for a consultation so only stayed for day camp. 4 days later, my dog was diagnosed with kennel cough. This tells me the place is not cleaned properly. Will not be taking my pets back there.

I never worry about my boys when they are at Camp Bow Wow. They are always excited to be there.

Camp Bow Wow is a great place. My dog genuinely wants to be at camp. Staff is welcoming and friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff and my pup thoroughly enjoyed his play time. Was nice to use the web cam feature to see him interacting with the other small dogs.

Very friendly staff and clean location. Our dog loved her six day stay even though we had never left her anywhere in the past.

From walking inside to going outside, the staff and the environment made me feel good about leaving my 5 months old puppy in their hands. Webcam feature is fantastic where I was able to work and occasionally see his activity at the same time which game me a peace of mind. We will return ????

Good place to take your dog over nite

Everyone has been very helpful throughout our first few visits to Camp Bow Wow! We feel like Penny is receiving great care there and has enjoyed herself during day camp as well as her recent overnight. We feel fortunate to have found a safe and loving place for our puppy to stay and play!

Our Lily was completely wiped out when we got her home. Love that we can watch her throughout the day on the live video feed. We will definitely be back soon!!

Great option for doggie care so my dog isn't alone all day! I can watch what she's doing during the day and she gets to play all day. Love the staff and this facility!!

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The facility was clean and well maintained. Winston had a great experience and was one "happy camper" when we picked him up.

I took my dog there for a two tonight stay as usual, when I picked him up I noticed he had a severe head tilt I ended up messaging the vet later on during the night. The next day I called to see if anything was wrong and if they had noticed wrong anything wrong with my dog and that's when they notified me that they sprayed my dog and a couple other dogs with a water hose to break up a fight. I was not notified of this until I called and told them that he was at the vet with a severe ear infection and the only thing they told me when I picked him up with that he ripped up his pillow. I then asked about the policy because when I first initially brought my dog to the place, I was told I have been notified if anything that happens. This happened the first night he arrived and they said they check to see your Sunday night and I started noticing the head tilt Monday and it was clearly noticeable when I picked him up Tuesday. Lisa who I assume is the manager then proceeded to tell me that she will take care of the vet bill and to send her over the invoice and sorry for the inconvenience. I sent over the invoice two weeks ago.

I am very pleased with Camp Pow Wow. They took care of our dog in a professional way. The best thing about Camp Pow wow is that the dogs have plenty of time to move about, and not be in a cage all day, like other national chains.

The staff here is exceptional. I knew I my dogs would be happy spending time here after I saw the interaction. First time I've felt totally comfortable leaving them while I'm gone.

My French bulldog loves to come here and play :-) the people are super cool and they make sure the dogs adjust well before you leave them there the first time. Not very expensive and my dog loves it????

I love this place, and they love my dog. Which makes it easy to leave when you know they are taking great care of your pet. The staff and owner are always welcoming. They recognize my puppy the minute he walks in and greets him immediately. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place.

My dog seemed to enjoy his experience at Camp Bow Wow. He came home very tired after a day of play. I like that I can watch him on the camera. It was reassuring to see him have a good time since this was his first time at Camp. I have already told my neighbors to check out Camp Bow Wow!

This place is great. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. It is very stressful to leave the furry kids behind, but knowing that they are in great care is awesome. Having that piece of mind, make the time go by fast. Thank you Camp Bow Wow for taking care of my little ones. You guys are the best! I see you (in the cameras provided) interacting with the dogs all the time and giving the love throughout the day. Truly a great place!
