Very nice experience there. While I was there the lady who was on shift was very informative and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Rodent care is horrible. Hamsters and rats are left without toys and Syrian hamsters are housed very closely together. Doesn't offer the minimum requirement cage size for rodents (especially bunnies..) or beneficial food for them. Staff is extremely uneducated on the animals they keep, I've seen continuous appearances of dead mice.. completely grown. Come on, people. Don't be so cruel.

Went for the monthly shot clinic. Lower prices for vaccinations. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A bit of a wait but worth it for the convenience.

I visited Tehachapi Pet Lodge and Outfitters after I dropped my dog off for health certificates. I purchased a new pet tag and a treat for after the vet visit. Nice price range for the pet tags and various other items. I also explored their cat and fish room. I was happy to see that cats had such a nice space in their car condos. So cute! Would recommend them as a one stop shop for all pet care needs.

Fast Friendly Service they carry lots of pet supplies for dogs cats fish birds and reptiles and other small animals and they even have a grooming services available

Staff is super friendly, well kept and helpful. They take care of all my pet needs and now have delivery service for extra convenience. If there is an item that isn't in the store, the manager offers to order it for me. 5 star service!

Our dogs seem to have a good time when they stay here. We get a large pet suite for our three dogs. They also get the Kong and playtime. We really like all the options that are available.
