Hey Everyone, Disclaimer I adopted a wonderful kitten from this place. Sadly, I’d like to give this a bad review. I would give it a negative star rating if I could. They made us pay for a deposit and services where they said they would schedule and take kittens to get spayed in Bakersfield. I paid them to take my kitten to get spayed and bring her back safely, but they lost my kitten. This was due to their negligence, and unprofessionalism. Heartbroken and frantic about finding my kitten who is only 14 weeks… they offered me empty apologies and blamed me instead. I called them up to see why I hadn’t received notification about when to pick her up. They told me, they lost her and that they’re going to set cat food out in the car and hope she comes out. They were going to leave and close up shop without even letting me search for her in the vehicle she was transported and allegedly hiding in. When I sped down there, they pulled out of the parking lot and we had to stand in their way, just to stop their vehicles. The lady responsible for transporting them even told me she did NOT check the carrier to see if she was in there before she left the Vet. Tell me, how do you work or volunteer for a place of animal care if you don’t care about the emotional trauma you caused on families when you made a mistake? They also said, they could give me a full refund and I said, “money is not going to make me feel better.” They proceeded to ask “we’ll just how much will it take?” Please if anyone has seen or sees this kitten, please contact me.

Great thrift store with some unique items at times. I go there first to look for items for my dogs. Great organization that does so much to help animals. They offer a low cost spay and neuter program. I plan on getting my French Bulldog spayed thru them soon. Adopt before you shop, check your local rescues such as Have A Heart.

This is an absolutely wonderful thrift store where everything's clean and you can find unusual treasures. All of their proceeds go to the cats and kittens that they rescue and occasionally a few puppies on many days you can see the kittens in their large enclosures and even go inside and interact with them, it's just a wonderful place one of my favorites.

Love the people here. They are very nice and helpful when adopting animals and helpful in fostering when they can.

Reasonable prices on various useful things, fun to visit. I like the dog clothes, particularly.

Went in to buy some doggy coats. Very organized little shop, everyone is super nice. Great little store for your pets and for yourself. Cute little thrift store.

Really fast, get you in and out within a few minutes. Friendly, and helpful.

A great place to adopt a cat or dog. Also a great thrift store that helps pay for all the animals that need help through their non profit.
