This is a first time I am leaving a negative review, but that is just how upset I am. After being a loyal customer for over 12 years and bringing 3 dogs to the clinic it is highly disappointing when during a true emergency situations with your furry babies there drs are refusing to treat or in our case run diagnostic tests after they've been exposed to Leptospirosis and it is critical to get diagnosis ASAP. Clinic staff straight up told us that they are not capable to help us and directly told me to go elsewhere. Needless to say I will never be going back there and will discourage anyone else to seek services from this unreliable Vet Clinic.

I brought two budgies that weren't feeling well, they are all about money and how much money they can suck from you. The stressed my most sick bird out to the point she had a seizure in my car mins after we left the clinic. I went back they took the bird from me to confirm she passes, no S* she passed. I wanted the lease invasive treatment for her which would be antibiotics to treat what my main suspicion was. They kept pushing the test. They were nice enough to refund the antibiotics for the dead bird. But wanted me to spend more money to doing the necropsy, I was 99% sure I knew what was wrong with my bird from the first place. Do not take your bird here! They will drain your bank account just to kill your pet. As other people as posted in the reviews this seems to be a theme with them, find yourself a trust passionate avian vet.

I absolutely love this vet. They are so friendly and very nice. They were very patient with all the questions I had and treated my Piggly with love and care. 100 stars for Capri!

Made an appointment for my African Grey parrot I bought last year. Drove an hour, just get there and be told they operate by curbside only. They were fully aware I was driving from a distance and did not inform me at all.

Dr. Tamura is great! She has been my vet for all my animals for over 20 years!

Best VET ever! They even see exotic animals. The front desk is helpful, friendly, warm, caring and accommodating. Yes, that many verbs to describe their wonderful office. Very efficient when using insurance and flexible schedule. We've been with them through two turtles and two dogs. One dog which we have now is still their patient. Doctor is very knowledgeable, patient with new pet owners and kind overall. I like her style and always felt comfortable with all her diagnosis; she's always honest. Just go. You'll love them!

The staff is kind and efficient. I appreciate that they're offering curbside service right now. I've taken multiple pets there and have always gotten compassionate care.

They told me they were going to do some required tests on my Guinea Pigs feces and ended up just feeding him to a snake. If I could give 0 stars I would. Very heartless staff. At least the roaches greeted Me and my Guinea Pig (before they fed him, of course) kindly :

They know how to handle our cat "Oscar" who is a little bit of a bully. They're also up to date in sending us reminders on what has to be done for Oscar.

Over priced they don't really have knowledge I took my reptile there they wanted to charge more then a grand and no guarantee that it would live so I just paid for a consultation and few days later my reptile ended up passing away

The Staff and Doctors are amazing

The whole staff is friendly and attentive and the doctors are great. Been bringing my dog here for the last 6 years.

I have brought my parrots and my dog here for several years. All I have received is extra high bills for unnecessary tests and disappointing end results with my animals. The staff is nice. That is the only reason I gave them a 2 star. I will be looking for a better vet. I would post a picture I took of what my parrot looked like in the vet room before they took him back for blood and how they gave him back, but it’s heart breaking. Same thing years ago happened with my dog. Never again will I go back there.

The staff is all really nice and caring. I had an emergency visit that they were able to squeeze me in at the end of the day and Dr. Tamura and one of the receptionist stayed an extra hour past their closing hour to accommodate us. We've been seeing her regularly for the past week to monitor my rescued baby parrots and they've all been nothing but helpful, patient and professional. Dr. Tamura is a great avian vet and I'm thankful for her and her staff.

Great vet place . It is so difficult to find a vet that sees reptiles luckily i found capri. the staff is friendly and the Dr. Was great. They took great care of our iguana . They explain everything in detail from prices to the whole procedure and steps. Overall great place

I've been going here for 8 years. It's always hard to find a vet that is knowledgeable on guinea pigs, but the vets here are fantastic. The staff cares and appreciates your pets

Took my panther chameleon here about a few months ago was a great experience doctor recommended medication and my pet has gotten better since. Had to go back for x-rays and blood samples but ended up being short on cash but definitely when I get situated I will pay them a visit and bring the rest of my reptiles here so they can all get profiled blood work and fecal testing thanks doctor Tamura and the rest of the staff at Capri you guys are great !

Perfect for exotic pets, brought my rats here and they were great. We're so glad to have these folks in our neighborhood! All staff and service has been exceptional so far.

Very friendly staff and Vet. Ur not just seen for a minute, the Vet spends time with you.. I took off a star just cuz they aren't 24hrs...

So far a good experience. Not as pricey as other reptile vets. I took a star off because the wait for the doctor to come see you can be long. But she takes her time and really examines the pet. Not just a quick glance. I am happy so far

Our first choice for our rescued parrots. We have several parrots, some old they have seizures. These folks have help greatly.
