Dr.Lang is an outstanding vet in the Sylmar area . I have bern seeing her since i adopted my pets 12 years ago .

I'm very satisfied ????. I love the fact that they take their time to talk to you about your pets health and remind you of the appointments.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They help me keep my kitty healthy and happy.

Great veterinary and customer service .. Not over the top in cost. Recommend for both dogs and cats.

The people working in the front desk are extremely rude and have no manners. I always have a horrible experience with them on the phone and in person. I try not to take it personally but COME ON! GET IT TOGETHER!

I have been bringing my dogs to Roxford Vet Clinic for years, and I love the staff and Dr. Long! She and the rest of the staff have helped with everything from check ups to accidents and have always done what is best for my dogs. They are also more affordable than other vets I've visited in the past. While Covid restrictions made things more complicated during visits, the care provided hasn't changed.

Can't say enough good things about this Animal care team. Try them you will like it.

They're good, I had my 8 year old yorkie in for his first teeth cleaning, they did a great job cleaning the teeth, the only thing, every time I called the office, they put me on hold for about 10 minutes! Even when I was sitting outside! They don’t allow anyone in office, Blame it on the covid!

I've been coming to this office for years with my dog. The Vet is very good at taking care of your pet, and she's in my neighborhood. BUT, WOW, her front desk staff will huff, and sigh and give you a hard time as if you're asking for charity. It's humiliating to ask the front desk questions any time I call or visit. I've tried not to take it personal, but it literally happens every time.

I don’t have any problems with the treatment of the pets because when I did take my cat the first time months ago they took care of him. But I showed up for an appointment I had at 1:00 today and called multiple times and got no answer. It took me calling them 5 times for them to answer and the first thing they say is “kinda late” as if I hadn’t gotten a busy tone the last 4 times. Then I got put on hold again and by this time it’s almost 20 minutes since my original scheduled time. Don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore

This place told me our cat was mean and couldnt deal with it. Shes not mean and was extremely nervous

They were very helpful and kind in my time of need. I had to put my dog down and they were very helpful and patient with me, not that I was a hysterical mess but if I was you couldn't blame me. Anyways, I am grateful for their help and their tender care.

I have been coming here for years. Quality care at prices you can afford. I called other vets for pricing in my area they charge for consult+ eye exam +meds ....here at roxford you pay visit+meds

Excellent vet. Small clinic with one vet but they are taking great care of our cat Tiger Lily. Costs are affordable and less than some but good quality care!!!

This place is great! The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable! They have taken great care of all of our dogs!

We've been taking our dog for years and never had any problems except most of her nails bleeding when the vet cut them once so we don't do that anymore. She's a good vet even though she's a bit listless and not very friendly or talkative. She's to the point and that's it. Gentle with the animals. Office staff is nice.
