Dr. Helen Chuang was very compassionate and caring.

I cannot say enough about Restful Paws and Dr. Vine. At the worst of times, having a compassionate, patient and lovely person to walk you through the hardest thing you've ever had to do is an invaluable service. Being able to euthanize in your own home and in your own time is so helpful and reassuring. Their website is helpful and staff and communications very responsive. Thank you so much for helping us say goodbye to our pet in the most loving way possible.

I had a much loved rescue mutt who had become quite ill with cancer and had come to the end of the line. My dog was very sweet and a great companion, and while I knew it was the right thing to do to stop her suffering, I was really dreading it. Restful Paws was professional, compassionate, and treated my dog with the dignity and care I wanted, and it was very helpful that I could be there with her as she was put to sleep. A very sad day but Restful Paws was the right choice.

Dr Karen Vine and the entire staff at Restful Paws we’re absolutely phenomenal in this difficult transition time for our family. They were considerate, respectful, knowledgeable and held our hand throughout the process. Very difficult to arrive at this decision but Dr. Vine walked us through this all in the most professional of ways.

Dr. Vine was very caring, and did a wonderful job of walking us through what steps she was going to take. She ensured we did not feel rushed at all, but also remained available and acted quickly when we were ready. We'd previously used our long-time veterinarian for at-home euthanasia, but Dr. Vine made us feel just as comfortable.

They came out to help us with our dog Mocha. The Dr. Was amazing she walked us through the process and gave us time to say goodbye. She even sent a a beautiful condolences card.

Dr. Helen came to our home and gave our almost-19-year-old cat Simba a dignified death a few days ago. He died peacefully in my lap with our family around him, & Dr. Helen's gentle demeanor, understanding, and caring explanation of the process helped take some of the sting out of saying goodbye to our sweet boy. Can't recommend Restful Paws highly enough.

I know this is a hard time for you, so do yourself a favor and go with this company. Every single staff member was compassionate, responded quickly to emails, and helped me through one of the most unbelievably difficult times of my life. Dr. Karen came out to help us say goodbye to our sweet Louie, and allowed us all to take our time saying our farewells. She was calm and patient with my other dog, and made sure both dogs were comfortable with her presence before she did anything. Dr. Karen explained the process clearly so we were all prepared at the different steps. She even allowed me to carry his body outside and gave me a very comforting hug. The company who cremated Louie did a wonderful job, but could have used communication skill lessons from Restful Paws. Help yourself through this time and have Restful Paws with you during your goodbyes.
