Pet’s Friend Animal Clinic has the BEST Veterinarians. It’ starts with the Vets and continues with the vet technicians, the office management. No matter who is helping you, if they have years of experience or first day, they are knowledgeable and helpful. Whatever the reason is, for taking your fur-baby, they will be in the best hands and care possible. We have been going to Pet’s’s Friend for many years and will continue doing so. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this veterinary clinic. The staff is not well trained, nor knowledgeable. They pass along incorrect information to clients wasting a lot of time and money for all involved. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

New Client Experience: Scheduling the appointment was very sweet. The women on the phone listened to me and was able to schedule me with no problem. I had to pay the $78 deposit over the phone, which covers the cost of the exam so I had no problem doing so. The day of the appointment didn’t start off too well. I walked in and it took a few minutes before anyone greeted me. There were no other clients, just two women on the computers. I was worried this would be the way the appointment would go, but once they noticed me those worries went away. Everyone is very sweet here! They were so gentle with my 6 year old cat and provided great solutions to my concerns. My cat was not ill, this was more so preventative care and I could tell they really understood that. They told me things I should do, but I never felt pushed to make a decision leaning either way. Now my sweet girl is scheduled for a dental exam to clean her teeth and do some blood work. Very happy with my experience here! Again, they were so sweet and gentle with my cat and that alone is worth 100 stars!

I'm a current customer with referrals with friends and a brother whom are also clients there, who bring their pets there for care. I've gone through highs, trusting the care of my pets there and lows of euthanized my pets when their time came. All staff there keep a family care atmosphere and individualized care for clients. I wouldn't go anywhere else to trust the care of my pet. Thank you to ALL, "Pets and Friends Staff" for all you have done to care for my pet and continue to provide for all that I recommend to you. We talked with Robin and Dr. Hsieh. They are both AMAZING! We just adopted a rescue who was limping and when I called, Robin was so helpful and guided us to make sure our dog would heal quickly. When we went in for our appointment, Dr. Hsieh gave us so many great tips on how to keep her healthy. They were so welcoming and so kind and open to giving us advice on our doggo!

Dr. Moore was so great with my cat Fizzy. I have so much gratitude for being able to speak with her and also to have a follow up phone call regarding his test results. Fizzy was well-behaved and relatively comfortable. His past vet never called, didn’t follow up with test results, and we never got to speak with him. This experience was significantly better. Thank you all so much for your kindness and for taking amazing care of Fizzy.

I thought the increase for nail trims was really high, since before it was $15 and now it’s $35.

I love pet friend animal clinic, the staffs and docs are super friendly and I feel very welcome there whenever I went. Recently, my cat has serious eye infection going on, I’ve been calling every clinic I can in the Bay Area , and no one could accommodate us. When I called pet friend animal clinic, they have me come the same day afternoon to help diagnose the symptom quickly, I’m really grateful and felt being understand that they do really care about my furry friends. Highly recommended this place , this place is like no other place. I feel welcomed and they are super friendly.

My newly rescued 5 year old dog and I went to A Pet's Friend Clinic for our first annual exam. When we arrived my dog was shaking from nervousness, but the staff immediately put him at ease. They prioritized his comfort over everything, and by the time the exam was over he was BFFs with everyone! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We are happy to have such an incredible clinic in Sunnyvale.

Dr. Foote was exceedingly attentive and considerate when giving vaccines to my cat. She allowed him to hide under a towel and snuggle next to me, to feel safe, while she completed his exam and gave him the jabs. It certainly made the experience less stressful than it could have been, for which I am very grateful!

The one thing I care most about when choosing a vet is to feel like my dog is in good, honest hands. This place never failed on that - always kind, always professional, always patient, and never adds stuff unless it's needed. So happy I found them - highly recommended.

We’ve been taking our 2 cats here for 10 years! The doctors are very thorough, caring and reliable. They treat our cats with amazing care, and even after seeing so many animals every day - always take the time to make us and the cats feel comfortable.

Dr. Koski was phenomenal. She has a soft touch with our dog and really knows her stuff. Her passion for animals really shows and she had all the answers to our questions. The staff was also incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I had an appt scheduled with Murphey’s pet clinic in Sunnyvale, but I will be staying with Pets Friend Animal Clinic going forward.

Took a little longer than I might expect to be checked in, and it took them a little longer than I would have liked to be seen, but I understand that they're busy and have a lot of patients coming and going. Also they don't see as many cats (which is the furbaby I brought in) so they had to prepare the room specifically for my Ezekiel. I'm not particularly upset about that, more so an observation, if you happen to have a cat that needs treatment. They got his blood work, urine sample and xrays done very quickly, and they were very gentle and patient with him, considering how stiff and difficult he can be around strangers. He returned to me in a comdition I would have expected and when we left, he was completely relaxed as I brought him home (minus being in the car of course). I will be returning here for his future treatment as long as I am in the Bay Area, everyone was very kind and helpful. I would very much recommend this vet clinic. My 4 as opposed to 5 stars is for the slow check in, given that it was 8am and the one desk lady was explaining something to one of the vets about reserving appointments when she had 3 people waiting to be checked in. That's the only reason.

I had a great experience in Pet's Friend Animal Clinic! Dr. Hsieh is always patient and gave us a detailed explaination of our cat's condition, including any possible situation and different treatment plans. She can even speak Mandarin so that we understand it better. And other staff are helpful too. Excellent experience overall!

Pet's Friend has been taking care of my Golden Retriever for a bit more than 2 years now and I definitely recommend their service. They show a lot of care to our pets and are extremely professionals and friendly. I really like how they keep a very detailed medical track of my dog and sent me reminders on vaccines and routine checks!

The staff was very friendly and the vet was wonderful during my intake exam. While my dog is super excited at the vet she instantly calmed her down for the necessary exams. She addressed a number of my concerns and fully explained the pros and cons of each of my options. So happy that I found this clinic!
