Our cats and us love Cherry Chase pet hospital!... As much as a cat can love their vet...

First time they seem ok

Great doctor and staff! My always skittish rescue dog has always had issues with going to the vet, but not here! He came out of the office happy and calm!

They have been helpful and thoroughly informative in working with us on our dog's issues. Absolutely 5 stars for that! But the downside is that they are not very respectful of our budget, and never mention how much things will cost so we are often unhappily surprised afterwards. For example they recommended we get one of our dog's meds from a place that it turns out charges 10x what it costs online (expecting us to spent $120 on one month's worth of meds), and casually recommended a "quick" treatment that ended up costing $55. I don't even spend that much money on myself! They seemed reluctant to give scripts that they don't supply themselves, which feels like a conflict of interest. They charge a lot more than online e.g. $25 for 10 pills that cost 10c each online.

A friend told me about Cherry Chase about a year ago. The first time I went there we were well into the Covid pandemic so it was not your typical vet visit. We were asked to stay in our car with the pup. They came out to us and asked questions about our situation. Then took our pup inside after explaining what they were going to do. What I liked was the extra time taken explaining everything to us. We've been back several times and I have yet to see what the inside of the office looks like. But I trust them with my dogs. I feel their prices are fair too.

The best vet I've ever been. Doctors and assistants here are all helpful and responsible. My cat was really sick and could almost lose his life. Coming to cherry chase is the best choice I've ever made. I'm so lucky to have Dr.Rubin and Dr.Meline and Nicole who knows about the disease and treatment very well and gave very professional advice and help during the treatment. Cherry chase also follows up with us after the treatment and cares about the kitten's recovery. Can't be more grateful to have you guys with us during this hard time. A definitely 5 star to you!!

The vets and techs at cherry chase are always kind and knowledgeable! They really care about the animals.

It's close to our home, but we've experienced miscommunication and have shown up to our appts and they forgot to schedule us (although they did make the accommodation and took us in). I just wish they were more organized.

Dr. Meline is knowledgable, honest, thorough and patient. Definitely our go to vet. The staff is very friendly & responsive.

Super unprofessional approach! We live 40 minutes away from the clinic and was tight to it just because of a specific doctor. We scheduled an appointment, while we were driving my pet felt sick and threw up inside of my car, I had to stop and let it out for few minutes, and clean my cat, so we can make it to the clinic. I was 9 minutes late for an appointment when I received a call saying that they are canceling my appointment because I exceeded their 10 minutes limit (that I even did not know it exists). More then that, we learned that our Dr. Ekaterina Fedorova is not available today, so they changed the doctor without even letting me know in advance. Again, I chose the doctor, not a clinic, so it is important to know this information! Instead of just simply try to help us, the receptionist just ignored everything that we said and offered to reschedule an appointment knowing that we are at the front of clinic's door with a cat that has a carsickness, and it is super stressful for us and for a cat to drive 60 miles both ways again (and yes the cat will throw up 3 more times). Another option was to leave a cat for the whole day, which means I have to change all my and my wife's schedule to pick up the cat. We have to call out the work (yes, you are not the only one who works on quarantine) to make an extra trip because 1 person cannot drive and watch throwing up cat. And it is all about 10 minutes check-up! I can't believe that such a frustrating situation happened because of 9 (not 10) minutes late. We are very disappointed because we did not expect that the stuff in this clinic is such unhelpful and not willing to help their customers that being patient of Dr. Fedorova for 3 years in such unpleasant situation. Nothing to add more, sorry, you lost 1 patient today. Good luck. Revise your "customer service" policy otherwise more people will go.

First time taking our dog to Cherry Chase Pet Hospital , the staff was very friendly and caring. Due to the Covid 19 we were unable to actually go inside with our dog. The technician greeted us at the door took history of our dog told us the Dr. would call us after the initial check up. During our phone conversation the Dr. took time to explain what she found in great detail, answered all the questions and concerns. very happy with the service we received. We are very pleased with the service, the cost was reasonable would recommend to other dog owners who may need a Veterinarian.

I have visited this clinic after reading good reviews. Unfortunately, I did not have pleasant experience with them. Every visit I was told that I misunderstood something from previous visit (I was talking to people in my native language, no language barrier there). Have some other concerns, like trying to scare me with some possible illnesses, writing prescription that cannot be filled anywhere, but this clinic. After deciding to go to other clinic I asked twice in several weeks for a health record. Still waiting for it. Would not recommend.

I brought my new pug puppy here for his puppy check and vaccines that were due. I strongly recommend this place as your new and or forever vet! Staff is warm and welcoming, Dr Kate is so good with your pet! Office is cute and clean! Very very happy I found our fur ever vet!

Dr Joaris is very patient and easy to talk to. My dog Mohawk came in with swollen ears. He's pretty nervous about instruments inspecting his ear. Dr Joaris and I took the time to try to coax him to feel comfortable with the equipment. She did not rush to inspect Mohawk and gave him time to try to acclimate. I really appreciate the time Dr Joaris took to look over Mohawk. Mohawk turned out to have a bad case of allergies. Dr Joaris took her time to explain how allergies worked. It was a lot of information to deliver. Dr Joaris has been very responsive on email to any questions I have. Thank you for looking over Mohawk! :)

I've visited 3 other veterinarians prior to coming here, and let me just say, this vet is the best I've been to by a longshot. The staff here is kind, empathetic, and provides you with solid feedback concerning the health of your pet. They're also very cordial and informative when questions are asked regarding treatments. On top of that, the price for coming here is affordable for what is prescribed. Love this place!

Friendly & Informative service. The online scheduling is really easy and they have been great at getting back to me on the phone and following up.

I am fairly new at taking my animals to the vet. Though I have had 17 dogs, 7 cats and 2 goats in my life. They all lived long healthy happy lives for the most part. My 13 year old dog was suffering from a sudden issue that was expanding her face and forehead. Also, her eye was looking messed up. Stressed I started looking for a clinic. Another clinic refereed me to this place. The staff was nice but the chain of events and protocol was mismanaged. They extended me financially when I told them up front to please be mindful of my current situation. They charged me $450 for the first session. That included meds but no blood work. Which should of been insisted on before sending me to a eye specialist. They told me the eye specialist would be $150. They insisted I go there it was mandatory it seemed. They took me for another $450 leaving me with no answers. I was so frustrated and nervous because my dog was suffering. I didn't know who to trust I didn't have a regular vet never needed one. Then I come back to this place and find out that I could of got xrays, blood work done for less and got some definitive answers. I find this out months later..Than you for being mindful of my situation Cherry Chase. I went back and forth on email and they still never seemed to take my dogs case real serious. They would ask me to come in but its like for what. You are not helping me. It left a real bad taste in my mouth. I dont like writing negative reviews and I am an upbeat person. But this was bad. I spent well over a $1000 dollars to get no answer, my dog suffered when there was a clear window of opportunity to help her and now she is dead. I came in looking for someone to trust, help me, give me guidance. I felt mislead, used, coaxed.

Visiting this vet with my cat Patrice usually, and now got a puppy Rainier to have his first shots. I'm in love with all the staff and our doctor! Always a lot of information, good pricing and boost of positive energy after interaction with these wonderful people

Brought my kitten in for her first checkup and vaccines. We had a great experience, the vet came outside to talk to us personally about her checkup.

We love doctors of this Pet Hospital but communication with secretaries is ALWAYS a real challenge. They never call back even they promise, they lay that they sent email when they didn't but at least they are polite.

We had to take our dog in and say good bye. Dr Kate made the experience very welcoming, and provides such a kind hand through it. The selection of urns is also fantastic. No one wants to think about when they might need to put their dog to sleep, and where to go, but if anyone is reading reviews to find a great place for this, I recommend Cherry Chase.

I have never loved a vet like I love Cherry Chase. I've taken my cats here about half a dozen times in the past few months, and every experience has been great. They're very punctual and aware of your time. Gone are the days of waiting an hour even when you have an appointment. They tell me how long they think it'll be (usually ~40min for a check up) once I drop my pet off, and they're always right on time. They're incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic. They're quick to share everything they know about your pet's health and answer questions with care. At other vets I've sometimes felt kept in the dark, as though I am just there to pay the bill, but at Cherry Chase it's obvious they care about both me AND my cats. They work with my insurance..and my insurance is a pain in the butt! My cats have been seen by all 3 of the doctors and you can't go wrong with any of them The only tiny complaint that I could have is that the building looks a little rundown from the outside. At first glance I was worried about that, but now that I've been there a few times it's obvious that they would rather spend their time and money on quality care for your pet than on a fancy facade.

I absolutely loved my experience at Cherry Chase Pet Hospital. It was my puppy Coras 1st visit Dr. Kate has AMAZING bedside manner. The staff was helpful and nice. The prices are great and I never felt pressured regarding any medical advice or procedures I highly highly recommend Cherry chase pet Hospital if you are looking for a new vet!

dr. Fedorova is an excellent veterinarian, will keep bringing my dog to get for many years.
