I had a very horrible experience they treat me like s*** I couldn't believe it I just walked out and then they called me back and I said you know forget about it I'm going to take my dog somewhere else.

Burbank is a great pet hospital. We have been going there for years. The staff is super friendly and the doctors are very caring.

I went here for all the years I had my Jack Russell Terrier (17 years). They became too expensive for me now and the last time I brought my new puppy in, I told the Veterinarian I was having my pup neutered at Milpitas Animal Care she made a rude face at me. So, instead of $700+, it cost me $200 to neuter and get vaccines! Going to Piedmont Hills Animal Hospital now.

The staff is very friendly, but not very mindful. This is the second visit where procedures were discussed but not performed. Additionally there have been multiple times I have been promised callbacks with information, but the calls never happened. Again, everyone seems very nice, but I will be finding a new vet that is hopefully more attentive.

Burbank Pet Hospital is wonderful dealing with my reactive dog and always finds time for emergencies.

They have a great system in place to get you in and out quickly. You just pull into a numbered parking spot at your appointment time, call them, and they come out and pick up your fur baby. The vet calls and discusses the visit, then the front desk calls to process payment. Then they bring your baby back to your car.

They helped me book an appointment for my cat in a pinch. Burbank pet hospital has been her vet since she was a baby. I called them 15 minutes before they closed on Friday and they had a full day of bookings on Saturday but still made time to see my cat for an abscess at 8am(on the weekend no less). They are wonderful, compassionate people.

Staffs are very friendly and will accommodate pets needs.

Vets assistants are kind, sweet and professional. Dr. Kay communicated with me very well o. The status of my Dog's condition. Overall they're all very nice!

Our family has been taking our pets here for over 20 years now. Great and friendly staff, they are all passionate with the animals so you know your pet is in good hands.

very upset they made us wait in the car for an hour without a courtesy call. My dog was there for heart problems, and making her sit in a hot car for an hour was basically torture so we left. Yes the AC was on max, but not a lot you can do when youre in a parking lot in the direct afternoon sun.

Does not care about your sick animals. New to the area and called to see about bringing my cat in and “due to the pandemic we are not accepting any new patients”. The woman was very rude and when I said “thank you”. She hung up. Do not recommend.

Took our sick cat in for urgent appointment because they are known for decades to be a good place and was seen by Dr K. He was afraid when performing the physical exam and jumped back like a little kid. Thay did blood and urine test. Today I came home at 10:00 am and had to take her out our her litter box. Called for results and was told they were in, but the doctor was in surgery and would call back. Called back 2 more times and told the doctor is still in surgery. Called at 3:30pm and demanded another doctor get on the phone and just give us the tests. MIRACULOUSLY Dr K was able to get on the phone and give us the results. When animals are very I'll the owners want the results as soon as possible- this was terrible customer care.

Friendly, competent and affordable. Staff loves the animals.

Love this vet. They really care about your pets and don't try to sale you on the hard decisions we all face at one point. Dr. Kumar is assume.
