The veterinarians here are compassionate and capable, but some of the front desk chicks are just out of their minds.

Very expensive, but it was worth it. They don't make you wait too long at all, and the staff is very friendly. Because of Covid, you can't go inside, but I would rather prefer it that way anyways.

Staff is very nice and explained process. Even though you have to wait in the car to be helped due to COVID, you do not have to wait long. Took my puppies for their first shots and was done in about 15 minutes. Thank you.

Everyone from front office, the Veterians, and the behind the scenes employees are very compassionate thorough and helpful. Dr Hahn and Dr Hart are the best.

Like many other people on this platform we have taken our animals here for years. The service up until now has been exceptional but our experience today left us highly disappointed and we will be looking for a new vet. Our dog is in tremendous pain and just wanted to have looked at so we tried calling multiple times and were asked to be out on hold and were hung on every time (they said they were having phone issues but wait until later in this review). Finally decided to just take our guy down there and while waiting in the parking lot (due to COVID concerns which is understandable) finally got through to someone via phone and had some nonproductive back and forth we are told since we don't have an appointment our guy can't be seen then they magically place us on hold and phone system works to put us on hold. Eventually they come back on the line to tell us they can see him but it will cost $150 for an urgent care fee, we say great that's fine but then say we don't know when we will see him though. So if you want an urgent fee wouldn't you see our guy urgently!? I'm not going to say this is the worst place ever or even tell people not to take there animals there but it has definitely left us looking for another vet after today's experience.

I am sorry they are moving. I loved taking my little pooches there, even with the pandemic they took care of their needs.

I have been coming to this place for 13 years, even after we moved to Santa Clarita. Two months ago I called, because they were delaying approval for refills for my cat's medication. The receptionist sounded robotic and unhelpful. She sounded like a broken record. I asked to speak with her supervisor, as I was not getting anywhere with her. The manager on the phone was condencenting and disrespectful, but somehow we managed to navigate through the issue that time. Two weeks ago I scheduled a visit for my cat Pasha, with blood test and a urinary test. Pasha is a 18 years old cat, with hyperthyroid and pancreatitis issues. They called to confirm the appointment. When I arrived, I realized that everyone was waiting at the parking lot. I saw Dr. Hohne at the parking lot, he recognised me and said he would be with me shortly. Pasha, and I were waiting outside the car in the hot parking lot for our turn. As the time was going by, I realized that all the people that arrived after me already were served. I decided to call. The same receptionist with the robotic voice told me " I was supposed" to let them know I arrived and to check in. I told her that no one actually said that to me when they confirmed the appointment. She kept on repeating " You were supposed to check in when you arrive". I asked her how I was supposed to know that. Her answer was: " You were supposed to call us upon arrival". She was repeating this same phrase few times like a mantra with absolutely flat, unemotional voice. She said that since I missed my appointment, she would have to reschedule me. I was shocked. I said it was not right and asked to speak with her supervisor. She asked me what color car I had. A minute later her supervisor ran out of the building and started yelling at me at the parking lot, without even letting me speak. She was yelling at the top of her lungs in my face. I asked her what gave her the reason to screem at me to which she yelled: "You were rude to that poor front desk girl today AND the last time you called!". I asked what her title was. She said she was a manager there. She kept on being obnoxious and told me if I didn't like it, I could go elsewhere. I said I would escalate this. She yelled:" I don't care, do whatever you want!!" At that time I requested all the history and paperwork for my cat. I asked her when it would be ready. Her answer was "I guess when the computer is ready". I kept on waiting in the hot, dirty parking lot for another 30 minutes. Nothing. Then Dr. Hohne saw me in the empty parking lot and came to talk about Pasha. Apparently, he had no clue what was going on. I told him what was happening. He took me inside the building through the side door. He asked me to tell him what was going on. I told him. He went to the front desk and spoke to the manager. Through few walls I could hear that manager was still so angry and still screaming her side of the story. Dr. Hohne came back and apologized for the manager's unprofessional behavior. It was awkward. But then focus shifted to Pasha. He took my cat to run the tests and few minutes later came back. He said he would call me about the results. He said he would not charge me as he felt bad I was given " such a horrible customer service". I told him I didn't expect him not charging me and that I could pay. He said he would do the visit and tests for free. Then a whole week went by not a word from Dr. Hohne, I called, I left 2 messages with the front desk, sent 2 emails asking to call me to talk about Pasha's results. Nothing. He wouldn't come to the phone and would not return my calls or emails. Dissapointing. He tried to handle the situation that day and say something that sounded good in the moment but failed to deliver and correct the situation with rude and uncompassionate people he has on staff. Dr. Hohne allowed rude behaviour at his clinic and didn't not rise to the occasion to deliver on the word he gave. Unprofessional behavior from Dr. Hohne, the manager and the receptionist. NOT A GOOD PLACE.

I took my dog here for a procedure. When the time came to pick him up I was put on hold for 45 mins before I could give my name. When I brought this up to one of the nurses she was rude and dismissive

They give the first check up for free if your pet comes from a shelter. But you can not come in to the clinic with your pet due to Covid.
