I called 5 other hospitals b4 calling them and NO ONE had appts for 3 weeks out. . .they gave me an appt for the next day! They were SUPER FRIENDLY and quick to room us. Great rates and AMAZING service! Definitely recommend bringing your fur baby to them

Expensive, they get the job done, but I would make this the last place I called. The guilted me into paying for an IV for my cat because she was "dehydrated" even though my cat had been in THEIR care for 4 hours. I'm not going to say no to taking care of my animal, but that seems like being nickel and dimed.

In all honesty there's nothing wrong about this hospital. I just don't like the doctor or the new nurses at all. It seems like it's always a mess in there too, like things are never organized. I like the hospital but just the doctor himself and the new nurses are horrible.

Love how there ia a separate entrance for dogs and cats. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the vet was great. As always, recomend that you make an appointment before going.

There was a bit of a wait outside even though we had an appointment. Once in everything went pretty quick

Called, and told they my dog needed gallbladder surgery, as well as on the email intake data. Waited almost 3hrs with my dog suffering, once we were called, my dog is taken back and I give them all my dogs records, I'm contacted by the vet and told, "we are not a speciality clinic and your dog needs to go elsewhere. " Why did you guys make me wait, why not tell me at the start! Unfortunately, I called several places, and was told the surgeon vets don't work on weekends, and the hospitals i.e, UCD and SAGE, no beds available, at there max capacity. Talk about bad luck????

Dr. Bandoll is the greatest doctor. He is very gentle and patient with my dogs and he is extremely intelligent. He offers great prices and price match on certain products. He has gone out of his way to be kind to my oldest and I will forever be grateful. He showed me the answer for small dog runny eyes with cotton balls. All of his staff matches his professionalism and kindness. They too went out of their way when it was shot time for my 3 little ones dad mom and baby. great vet. Proud to have them in our city. thank you again to everyone there!

I Made an appt here to see why my cat was so sick.. unfortunately she did not make it out of the visit. I was completely heart broken but the staff was very kind to me during this hard time. I ended up getting her creamated and am now waiting for her box to be done so I can pick it up. Also about a week later I received a letter from them and they did stamps of her paw prints for me. I did not know they were going to but it just something else I can keep of my baby Quinn forever. I appreciated the respect of the staff. I highly recommend and will be taking my future animals here.
