Krisers Studio City, California

I've been going here for years. They have always treated me well and have great merchandise.

Talk about good customer service! Because of supply chain issues, my dog's favorite treats were out of stock at our local Kriser's and everywhere else (both brick and mortar stores and online). Our dog was pretty upset with us so I decided to call around to the other Kriser's stores so see if they had any. Linda at the Sherman Oaks store had their remaining inventory delivered to our local store the SAME DAY! You don't get that kind of service often anymore. Thanks Linda!!!

Kriser's Studio City is my favorite place to shop for my pug. Alex and Amanda in retail are wonderful, and Chris and Alexa in grooming are terrific. I just found out that Alex has been promoted and is moving over to the Westlake Village location -- happy for him, but so sorry to no longer be seeing his smiling face at Whitsett/Ventura...my pug LOVES him! Westlake Village has a great employee now! Kriser's is well stocked, has everything you need for your pet, and is a fun place to come in and shop or browse. I've lived in Studio City for nearly ten years and have been shopping here for all of that time. Thanks for the great service and products!

Linda, the store manager at the studio city location was so incredibly helpful and really took pride in her work and her love of dogs! She helped me find food for my 15 week old mutt (coyote mixed!) puppy and 1.5 year old goldendoodle. Both of them have terrible allergies. She really took her time and shared valuable information about her own pups. It was my first time in the store, and I will definitely be a return customer!

I love the folks at this store, bummed the hours listed on google maps aren't up to date. I made the trip after checking the hours only to still find it closed.

Love this little pet shop! Every time I come here, my dogs and I are treated so kindly. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and always willing to help me out with my dogs special needs. They have a great selection of food and toys, and the place always looks CLEAN and organized, which I really appreciate. I get both of my dogs groomed here regularly, and have never been disappointed with the service. One of my dogs is long-haired and can get matted very easily, she always looks so good (and smells amazing!!) every time I pick her up. My other dog is very anxious and the groomers are very patient and kind with her and give her a lot of special attention. I know that they both love their spa days here. Thanks Krisers!

Alexa has been grooming my dogs for several years. She is caring and competent. She adapts to the special circumstances of older/special needs dogs. I've never been disappointed. Always looks great.

I love shopping at Krisers Studio City for all my cats needs. The have a great selection of high end food that my cats just love. I also bring my cats for walk in nails trims which is so easy and fast. Lindsey is always there to help me and make my shopping experience an enjoyable one!

Lindsey Baily, the store manager, leads a great team. Lindsey runs a great store. She will let you know the best food for your dog and is so helpful and it’s always wonderful to spend time at this location. Go to Krisers and ask for Lindsey...she’s that good!!!

I love this store! The staff is friendly & incredibly knowledgable about the product & pet care. If they don't have what I'm looking for, they order it! Normally I do all my shopping online, but this is one of a few stores I still visit because the staff is just that awesome! Thank you Lindsey & team! My dogs & I love you!

Great local pet store that has way more healthy and yummy options for my sister's dogs and my baby Bengal. It's nice to find a place for animals that reminds me of the quality and high standards as a Sprouts or Whole Foods. Since I consider my little kitty Oslo like my child, and I am too old to have actual kids now, I want him to have the best.

I was helped by Xander for my picky cat. He walked me through all the options and really helped me troubleshoot why she might not be eating her food. They have such great high quality products and everyone in the store really took the time to give input when I asked.

I love shopping at the studio city location! Lindsey and her team are so helpful my dog loves coming in for treats and his baths. I would highly recommend them for any and all pet needs.

I recently got a new puppy from a shelter and have a been a bit overwhelmed. I stopped by Kriser's for food and other supplies and had an awesome experience. I was helped by Xander who pointed me in the right direction for what my puppy needed and also gave me some great puppy advice. My pup loves the food and treats I got for him. I will consider Kriser's my go-to spot! Highly recommend!

I just wanted to reach out and give credit where credit is due. Krisers has a great selection of higher quality foods and products than your average pet store. What makes them stand apart is the customer service. The manager Lindsey was extremely helpful, personable, and outgoing. She went above and beyond to help me and my standard poodle. That type of customer service is what creates brand loyalty.

I have never wrote a complaint in my life but when it's come to my dog and just plain laziness I feel it's my need to warn others. I dropped my POMERANIAN off who is completely butchered! Pomeranians usually have long hair and if it is trimmed shorter at least be even! I'll just let the pictures show you all the evidence. They need a new groomer, 80$ to be completely lazy and use clippers on my dog is just unacceptable!

We've been going to Kriser's Studio City for some years now. Terrific friendly staff. We've got a cat and the quality of the food they sell is the best we've found. It feels very illicit these days to be ordering our food over the phone, driving to the store and picking up our stash by the back door which is left by a masked employee. They've been great helping over the phone and we're looking forward to the day we can go inside and talk to the staff again. Special thanks to Lindsey and Amanda.
