I can understand if a medical practice is busy, but I was told I had to call back next week just to make an appointment. When I asked why I had to call back and we could not make an appointment now, I got some lame excuse about they had to wait till Monday to see what times they had available. They could not look at the calendar then to see that info? I was able to find another Ophthalmologist that was happy to see my dog and schedule an appointment.

Great staff, everyone from the front desk to the doctor were super helpful, friendly, and took the time to explain everything. Best part, they were able to prescribe medicine that so far has cleared up my dogs eye issues!

I have three babies who all see Dr. McNabb for eye issues. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Having a pet lose their vision is heavy on the heart, but Dr. McNabb and her staff are absolutely incredible! My dog suddenly lost his sight due to cataracts that progressed alarmingly fast, but the team got me in as soon as they could, and Dr. McNabb was so kind and knowledgeable. I don’t think I would have been able to get through this past week without this incredible place, and I know that I can trust them to help me care for a blind pet for this later part of his life. I cannot recommend them enough!

I brought my dog here shortly after rescuing due to a cloudy eye. Even with the new covid protocols the staff interaction is very warm and welcoming. The office seems very well ran and organized. Dr.McNabb is wonderful. She's very thorough in explaining conditions and treatment plans. I definitely recommend!

The best doctor I've ever visited. I brought my puppy in with a really cloudy eye. It happened so quickly and the two previous vets really weren't able to figure out what was going on. Thankfully I was able to bring my puppy to Dr McNabb, from the start, her staff was incredibly detailed and spent a good 20mins talking to me about my puppies history and everything else. Dr McNabb correctly diagnosed my puppy and immediately gave him a cocktail of medications. Within days I saw improvement and now a couple weeks in his eye is almost fully cleared up. There's no doubt in my mind that had I not gone to see Dr McNabb that my puppy would be in a different situation right now. I really think she saved his vision. I can't say enough about the staff here. For the first time in my life I feel like I've found a doctor I can really trust to know that they're doing everything they can. Thank you guys for everything. And for anyone thinking about visiting and bringing in their animal. Do it, you won't find better.

I took my cat here during covid so the experience was a little different. I was not allowed to enter the building. A nurse came out to the car to get my cat and the doctor called me and went over the details. It was a smooth process. Dr. McNabb is really nice and patient. She gave me the option for surgery but suggested that I give it time and let my cat heal on her own first. The report was also really detailed. I felt so much relieved after talking to her. Another thing I’d like to mention, although I can’t know for sure but my cat seems much more relaxed when she’s home compared to other vet visits. Really nice experience!

At the beginning of my experience with Dr. McNabb I was pleased and impressed. However, due to a misunderstanding things quickly went downhill on various issues. That said, while I was very upset at first, Dr. McNabb reached out to me personally and made every concerted effort to assuage the misunderstanding and discuss my feelings. I can safely say that I would trust her with my Freeway's eye care implicitly and that while the situation was unfortunate that it did provide us the opportunity to really chat and to come to an understanding and remain in a position of mutual respect.

Twice the receptionist at this practice has failed to recognize an emergency and not been able to accommodate a critical patient. The doctor might be fine, who knows, you can't get in to see her.

Actually I visited the Animal Dermatologist in the same building. Great staff and Dr. Werner, is very good. They are terrific with dogs, very caring!

Dr. MCNABB is simply the best. She does not charge exorbitant prices and shows great kindness and care for my 12 yo Boston Terries who has cataracts. They call in RX for you to get lower prices at pharmacy. Thank you Dr. MCNABB!

Best veterinarian optometrist and veterinarian assistants you can find. They are very welcoming and humble. They have helped my fur baby and I get thru some hard times. I definitely recommend them.

Doctor Mc Naab restored the sight to my blind dog which makes her the equivalent of Dog Jesus. I would do anything to help the person who made my blind Chihuahua see again. She is the best dog messiah in the world, other dogs worship her.

Dr. McNabb and staff are wonderful. They made us feel very comfortable and had great bedside manner. My seeing-eye dog recently developed a cyst on her left eye. (go figure... REALLY??? My guide-dog???) The doctor offered a couple different treatment solutions and ended up performing a surgery at a much more affordable rate than the quote I received from a different clinic. They are awesome people there and made us feel very welcomed, relaxed and important. We will be back again and would highly recommend them.

Wonderful, skilled and compassionate doctor! I showed up frantic with my one-year-old boxer girl panicking, afraid she was losing her eyesight. Dr. McNabb patiently went over all the treatment options and completely calmed me down. She never performed any unnecessary tests or procedures and was very fair. Most of all she helped my puppy and within days I started seeing improvement. I will highly recommend Dr. McNabb to my family, friends and neighbors.
