Charlene’s loves animals and they do a great job! I feel comfortable my pet is well taken care of when there for grooming. I understand Charlene’s proof of vaccination policy, it’s simple.

Discriminates against unvaccinated people. Medical freedom is real. This should not be a requirement when entering into a building. San Joaquin approved that businesses cannot require proof of vaccination. This business will eventually have to change their way of business soon.

I’m sorry, but I don’t think I should have to show you my vaccination card to get my dog groomed. I’m not getting groomed, my dog is! For the record, I’m fully vaccinated and still got covid so please do your research and have better customer service. I would give zero stars if I could.

My dog had a 12:30 appt. today for grooming and because a covid vaccination card for myself was not available for proof of vaccination they refused service for my dog! They will not take your DOG unless you show proof that YOU have been vaccinated. Business must be good.

Always get my puppies nails done there very nice service

First time going and it went well. I took my 2 and 3 year old cats. One got a bath and the other got a haircut. They were very welcoming and kind. Will definitely be going and I would recommend to my friends and family.

My little girl needed a bath and a haircut the treatment and response I got was very sarcastic and rude only sent there because Lisa and her crew were just as rude because Lisa wasn't there.I refuse to go back to Charlene s because of the treatment I received

My experience is over a year ago. Not recommend. I'm still upset for not the getting the right style(supposed to be Asian/Japanese Style-which we confirm they can do), not following direction and for hurting our puppy. Also for Traumatized her and still paid the full price of $50. It was the owner herself that gave the cut. She's beautiful and had long hair but made the wrong choice of taking her here. The photos shows how she looks with her long hair and two of their work and carelessness. Claimed we didn't touch her face enough n not use to it which is not true. *note: I posted a full review a year ago but was not able to post up photos for some reason at the time.

They got our puppy in for an appointment in such short notice. We just needed a quick bath am nail trim. Super affordable and nice staff.

I have a 113 lb Shepherd,I was very happy with all of them. It's not easy to find someplace to take a big dog!! I will be back because if their exceptional service and I only deal with local businesses I will say one thing they are busy I had to wait over few weeks for the appointment but well worth it

We lived about 45mins away due to other groomers in our area are closed. Went there for the first time today. Also our babys(puppy) first time getting groomed. The staff seems nice. Told them what kind of style we wanted. One of the staff suggested another style that would look great. We googled it and liked it and went with the asian style cut and told them to NOT cut the EYELASH and top Hair; theres some short hair above her eyes we wanted to grow out to tie it up better and told them to not cut as well. Took 5hrs and the cut was not even the same cut we told them that we wanted, the cuts are not even on both sides, and they cut her EYELASHES and above the eyes where i said to NOT CUT! We still paid the full price($50) for what we didnt get along with them cutting the parts we specifically told them not to cut. For the style we wanted, the ears not suppose to be cut. When we left I looked closely at my dogs face, it seemed like she was hurt by her eye. Late on it got pretty red and it seemed to hurt when I touch it. Their review seemed good but our experience was not so great besides them being friendly. If it was hard and not going ro be able to cut it the way we wanted them they could of called us and we would of just picked her up. Sorry for this negative feedback. Not to be mean but if you can do a certain style, please dont suggest it and or say you can. It was not worth $50; we could of don it ourself. Itll be our first and last time there. Sorry but the shop isnt for us. We'll have to do more research and pay more for what we want we want.

I called in for an appointment to get my dog’s nails clipped and she assisted me right away!!! Even though my dog gave her a hard time she still got the job done!! I definitely recommend this place!! They also have affordable prices
