Great place to take your dogs for daycare

Our dog has been going to a crossroads since he was a puppy. Over a year. There have been some red flags about the cleanliness of the facility, (our dog usually comes home smelling, so we send him when we plan on grooming the next day) as well as the professionalism of the Office Manager (Emails and Voicemails go unanswered, I’ve been told on numerous occasions that Becky would reach out and she never does, you have to catch her in the office). I’ve caught them charging for a full day of daycare when the dog was there less than the half day hours, left two voicemails, no answer, eventually received a credit but no apology. Final straw was today, I picked my dog up from a full day of daycare and his hair was dirty and oily and smelled like urine. Staff tried to blame the “misters” but it was obvious that he had gotten into something. Who knows for how long he had that urine and dirt on his coat. Eventually they offered a bath but acted like they were doing me a favor and told me it’s take 20 minutes. I have major concerns about the cleanliness of this facility and how well they supervise the dogs.

We LOVE crossroads. They are super helpful and kind. They seem to love our dogs, which we love. And our dogs love going. They get super excited as we pull into the parking lot. They make accommodations for all breeds and temperaments.

My Ginger has been going to Crossroads about 6 years now. It is the only place I would put my dog in. She has been spoiled by her 2nd family of humans. She has been taken care when she has been sick. They have taken her to my vet when they thought it necessary. She has her buddies to play with. She is an old gal, and I feel relieved that she is amongst folks that care. I know she is safe!

I do not recommend. Although my parent's dogs looked better after grooming, the next time I went to give one of the dogs a bath she trembled in fear and was so afraid that she threw up! She has NEVER done this before and used to love baths before coming to this place. I'm not sure what they did to her, but we will NOT be coming back.

Just picked up our dog. He's the 3rd one to go there. 1 in 2006,2013 and 2020. They are the best! They will go above and beyond for you and your pet. I'll swear by them.

We just had our evaluation for fear/aggression and already I have much more hope for our rescue dog. The owner got her to stop snapping and snarling at him in a about a minute. She behaved and didn’t seem afraid the rest of the visit. I was amazed and signed up immediately. I will update after our upcoming lessons but I’m feeling very positive already. The rest of the staff was very friendly and I could tell they were knowledgeable even with my jumpy dog.

My dog has been going to this place since 2014 and he loves it; at that time they offered a tour to the facility prior signing up, my dog got one free day at their daycare since they had to make sure he was feeling comfortable with other dogs around. The staff there is very friendly and you can tell they are dogs lovers. There is always a staff member ready to help me getting my dog on and/or off my truck when I needed. Their grooming salon is also great and my dog feels very comfortable taking his baths and grooming with familiar faces. For boarding you can either pay for your dog's food there or bring your own, you will also have to pay for your dog's bath everytime after boarding. Crossroads has monthly membership and punch cards for daycare which are cheaper than paying daycare per day, the only downside on the punch cards is that they expire but you can always ask them to change the expiration date for you and they will move it forward which is really nice. Last thing, their halloween's party is so much fun, they put a lot to gather this every year and every body has lot of fun watching our furry kids all dressed up.

My dog has been coming here for over 2 years. It's a great place for any dog. They work with you and your dog to accommodate every different dog personality. She loves coming here and gets excited to see all the loving staff. She's been here for both daycare and boarding.

Becky is AMAZING!!! She's the only person I trust with my chihuahua! He loves her and gets so excited when he sees her. Thank you Becky for everything that you do. I know you work really hard. You have a lot of dedication. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else.

My Furbaby Kujiku loves Crossroads. Kuji is a 150 lbs Bullmastiff. He is chill - loves to nap and cuddle. We board Kuji a few days in August at Crossroads. During his play time and walks, the staff makes sure he will not overheat. Kuji always enjoys his stay.

We just tried this place and it was great. My dogs seemed to really enjoy themselves. They learned my dogs and got to know them and even sent home a report card. I genuinely appreciate their patience with all my questions and we will be going back. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is very simple. We dropped them off the day before Thanksgiving and I understand they were stressed and quite busy, however the people working the front desk were very snippy. Not with me but with each other, it made it super uncomfortable and almost like my business was an inconvenience. I will try it again at a less busy time and see if the service doesn't improve.

The best in Rescue. Care, Knowledge, and Training. I was referred to this facility by an Employee by the name of Blaide Kim. His ability to calm and rehabilitate these Dogs is unbelivable. He plays with visious and frightened abused dogs that react with a feared bite and calms them to a puppy like behavior it us absolutely unbelievable how these animals can be recovered to this state of mind. I have been onsite visiting now for 2 months. I am trying to adopt HoneyBunny a definate DIVA Pekingese! I have been able to see the type of care and attention given to the se Animals. It has cross trained me as well as given me a new revised outlook for Animal Kindness and Awareness. Aloha Two thumbs up and defiant 5 Star. THANK YOU MaryAnn your great for all you do, I'm trying!

We have been taking our huskies there for daycare for well over a year and they love it! The employees are nice and they put your dog in a play group with dogs that have similar exercise needs and temperments. They also do great grooming jobs, and take really good care of your dogs when boarded.

This place is amazing. Yes, it is more expensive than PetSmart but YES it is worth it! They employ people who know what they're doing and who love animals. Both of our dogs love it here and I know they're in good hands whether we're boarding then or it's daycare time. It makes our trips and work days much easier not having to stress about them.

This review is for doggy daycare and training at crossroads. Can I start by saying this daycare has been a LIFESAVER? We have a cattle dog mutt who is 8 months old and we live in a condo. For anyone who knows about the breed, you know this means I devote my entire life to getting him out and exercised/socialized. Makes it hard to get anything done! Our little dude is crate trained, but it's honestly not worth leaving him in the crate for more than a few hours or I come home to a crazy hyper dog. This is where daycare comes in! I take him at least twice a week and this mama is able to get her house cleaned and errands run. When we show up he is ECSTATIC because he knows he'll be getting play time and training (which he loves). Oftentimes when I return to pick him up, I spy on him happily bouncing around the play yard with his friends. The staff is unbelievable! Not a bad one in the bunch. They always greet him by name and know all the little details of his temperament. They also give me a report card on his training each day, and gladly answer any questions I have anytime I call. Diesel comes home and sleeps like a baby! Also, when we started experiencing a bit of people aggression, they began taking him on walks to public places to help work with him, which I greatly appreciate. We also set up a private session with dan and he went above and beyond. Spent an extra hour with us free of charge and asked us to email or call anytime with questions and to check in with him personally in a couple weeks to report how diesel is doing. Crossroads is simply THE BEST. I am a "crazy dog lady" and I 100% trust them with our boy. Insanely grateful (for myself AND diesel) that I found them! Can't recommend their services enough. Genuine, caring, and passionate about what they do.
