I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Yesterday we had to put our dog Cali down, and the way they treated her like she was theirs as well and the way they comforted us along the process is something I will never forget and something I can not thank them enough for. Truly the human element in how this was handled. No rush, no mishandling, just beautiful. Thank you soooo much

Absolutely LOVE this place. They are very caring and reasonable. Staff is gentle and knowledgeable. Your appt at 2 means it's at 2 not 4.

They told me my dog has cancer, and we spend more then 2,000 between tests and medication,, he was so lethargic, and rwcomend us to put him to sleep.THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE, plus we toke him to Tijuana and they told us my dog is so healthy, they found the problem right away, with out tests He doesn't have cancer. Please don't take you're pats to this place.

This place is the best, they saved my Chihuahua from a certain death by locating and surgically removing a 1lb. cyst inside of her and they LITERALLY sewed her up so perfectly that I can't even tell where the scar is anymore. I came here the other day for a routine nail trim but I forgot a mask and they were kind enough to run out to my car to grab my dog and brought her back out for me within 10 mins. They go above and beyond and it's much appreciated!!!

If you have an emergency just make sure you don't go there when it's lunch time.

Been coming here for years now. The staff and the doctor really care about your pets and they will go out of the way to help you with anything you need

I recently visited AnimAid pet hospital for my dog annual regular check and vaccinations. I was very happy with the professional service. Vet was very great and staff was extremely caring, comfortable and sweet.

What’s the point of an appointment. These people left me outside to wait for 45 minutes only to come out and ask me why I was there

The kindness and compassion (thus far) has been on point. However, we do really miss Ricky. He was one vet technician that was always so helpful and compassion towards our fur children. Bret is pretty awesome too. I've recommended AnimAid to several friends and they come back with smiles, happy pets and good reports.

The staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable. I never feel pressured into running tests. My pet has received wonderful care and I would highly recommend AnimAid.

Best vet techs EVER. My dog has a lot of anxiety problems and shes a big german shepherd. The two techs are so good with her. They're patient, sweet, and best of all, not reactive when she's scared. The doctor is cool, but he doesnt spend too much time in the room with you. He's very knowledgeable but very busy! He keeps his techs well informed so you can get information from them :)

Best Veterinarian hospital I’ve been to in a long time. They were able to diagnose and get the surgery done on my dogs cruciate ligament which she had been limping on for a few days on. Not only were they able to diagnose and repair they did it all within less than a weeks time. Rikki and Bret are seriously the greatest. They take their time to make sure you understand what’s going on and can tell the techs, the receptionist, and the doctors all truly care about the welfare of my animals. Could not be happier. Thanks animaid! Pro tip! They work by an appointment and can always get you in on time using an appointment system! Better than walk in.

I have taken all of my dogs there for as long as i can remember.. ALL of the staff there are absolutely amazing and actually care about your babies. The young guys that work there are so helpful and amazing beyond words!

The staff are so lovely! They take such great care of my pets by being gentle and thorough. I never feel rushed when I have many questions to ask and it's evident they love each and every animal they care for.
