Very friendly folks here. They watch our dog often and I have no complaints... It seems like they really like him in fact!

I was worried about leaving my dog behind for the first time while I went on vacation but everything went well my dog came back happy and fine! Staff is friendly and helpful

They made eye contact with me but did not say anything along the lines of hello I'll be right with you. The door was locked even though there's a sign that says they're open. There is no sign to explain that you have to wait or call or text or anything. Basically I had a poor customer service experience.

We left our pup in their hands for 10 days December 2019, and she was welcomed right away by all the other dogs and staff. She was placed next to a similar sized dog and was eager to go play with the other dogs. They only got a 4 star because she ran out of food when we portioned it out for the whole time there and had to purchase more. Not sure if they just leave the food in the kennel to let them eat whenever or didn't follow the instructions given on how much to give her. Our dog is greedy so she'll eat if it is there and keep acting hungry..

My dog looked beautiful and happy! I also got the bath service, they did a fantastic job! Sadly the pick up picture ended up blurry. Purple leash photo is her after pickup. You can see the difference in her fur. Staff seemed loving and attentive. Very fair rates!! They deserve tips!

I love this place so far. The ladies are friendly and very helpful. My boys love them and doesn't get upset when they have to go there.

They don't allow dogs with any pit bull mixed in their breed into the "social" area. They allowed me to schedule a weekend stay, and only when I called back to confirm did they let me know she would have to stay locked in a private cage ALL DAY. Not only that, but I'd have to pay extra $$ to get just 15 minutes of human interaction. My dog has never been aggressive towards another dog so I asked if I could bring her in for a temperament test to prove that she's friendly, and they wouldn't allow it. Clearly they don't understand dogs if they think that breed is the only factor in a dog's temperament. Very disappointing.

I needed a last minute sitter for the weekend for my 110 lb Mastiff Shepard. The customer service and care for me and my dog was excellent. I was nervous about leaving my dog for the first time and they comforted me and answered all my questions. The place is very clean and affordable. Thank you we will definitely be back.

I’m just at the gas station in front and there’s a puppy who’s crying it’s just breaking my heart isn’t there suppose to be some one here due to it being a boarding place for dogs. Def sounds like it’s outside .

We like Bark Park for boarding our dog. This place is popular and/or small, so you just call in advance to make an appointment for your dog to stay, and give it even more time and the holidays. We tried to do the big dogs gym for our 8 month old puppy, but after the temperament test, they told us the other older dogs that were already there weren't "having it" with our dog's high energy level. A little bit of a bummer because we felt he was ready for the big dogs gym. This was around Thanksgiving, and we were about to be out of luck because they were full, but one of the outdoor kennels opened up for us, just in time. They said the sleeping area is climate controlled at least. You can pay for up to two playtime's for your dog, per day, a $5 each. They offer many other services that we haven't tried yet. The door to the office is usually locked, but there's a nearby intercom. I believe this is to control every and exit of dogs into the facility. Someone was inside with their dog, and I had to wait to go in, which I do think it's a good idea since two dogs together can be unpredictable.

This placed sucked,I was told that my dog was going to be in an inside dog club house and paid $30 a day instead They said that she had to stay outside even though we paid the extra $

We only had a couple of days to find a nice place to board our dog, Toby, for up to 9 days. We had 3 prospective kennels, and none of them really worked out. So I googled dog kennels and came up with 'Bark Park'! I called and spoke to Catherine, and she was very friendly and professional and gave me details about their kennel. We gave a pre-visit and were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, and the extreme cleanliness of the kennels. We spoke with Lindsay and she was very accommodating. When it was time to bring Toby in, we felt at peace and assured that Toby would be left in good hands! By the way, this was a first time being separated from our pet after 8 years, and we really didn't know what to expect! There was a small mishap, and we were called on our cell phone to make us aware of the situation, which turned out to be very minor! We actually got back by 8 days to pick up Toby, and the transaction was easy! We can't say enough about 'Bark Park' - by the way, our Toby was a hit with the staff and other dogs! Also, their prices are very reasonable considering the quality of care. We highly recommend this kennel, and we will definitely use them again!

I love the dog club house!! You can check your dogs anytime you want because they have live camera. And dog club house is cage free all day so your dogs can play with other dogs all day. It was really nice stay for dogs. And really nice for us because we can watch them from anywhere anytime using live camera. People are so nice too!! My dogs love them so much. Definitely recommend. We will go back there for next vacation!!

Took great care of our fog. Updated us. Not too good at answering the phone but they were probably with the dogs. Left our dog fo 14 days, the price was reasonable. Will be returning.

My pups were well taken care of. They got a good wash before coming home. Had a great experience with the staff. Would definitely have my dogs stay again! Thank you!!
