I gave my dogs enough food for a whole day and an over night board, with instructions on how much food to give them written on the container. When I picked them up, the container was half full! And when I got home they ran for the water like they hadn't had any in a long time. I'm very disappointed in this last experience. My family will not be going back again.

These guys rock. They care about your dogs as much as you do.

Owners and employees love what they do. They are super friendly. My boys love going 5 days a week. Would trust any other doggie daycare in the area. They come home and eat dinner and crash. They are supper happy and get excided when we turn onto E. Greg every morning. The staff takes excellent care of them and the dogs get to dress up for all the holidays.

My wife boards our dogs often as we travel, The Bark House is by far the best. They have supervised play areas, when we pick them up they are always tired not wound up from being kenneld. The prices are very fair. Their location is a little hard to find but we'll worth the effort.

I thought id leave a note here how unprofessional a member of your company was over the phone to me. A mutual customer of ours was trying to make a grooming appointment and insisted the bark house gave the dog a rabies shot. During the call he called me an f ing idiot and a moron. And wished I was in front of him right now. I have no idea why he was so belligerent. I hope he finds god in his life. Thanks for all you do Thomas. Best of luck in life.

They love dogs! I've been bringing my dogs here for 7 years. They take great care of our dogs. It's all indoors and they have a huge arena for the dogs to run in. No matter the weather the dogs get their excercise and get to be social.

The Bark House is amazing! My dog Hazel loves it there! The staff is very professional and they make it fun for the dogs with an outside doggie pool and activities. My dog is always much better behaved when I pick her up from there than from other facilities I've used in Reno/Sparks for boarding or doggie day care.

Great place to let your dog hang out while you run errands, or board when you have to go out of town! They get a lot of attention and love the socialization with the other dogs.

This place is always friendly and welcoming. Ace, our boxer doggie, can not wait to jump out and go play. I like that they're able to have the dogs interact ny playing, swimming, and their boarding room is always clean. The owners have always been trustworthy and honest on reports. They simply are made for a dog's happy wag.

We actually live in Elko but travel to Reno to visit family. I happily drive my dog 300 miles just so he can stay at the Bark House. I absolutely love that he is able to have puppy play time all day rather than sitting on a concrete floor locked in a cage! I will always recommend TBH to anyone in need of an amazing boarding company. The prices are also great especially when you realize the amount of socializing the dogs get to do...plus my Newfoundland spends the majority of his time in the pool. I know he's in amazing hands and wouldn't trust him anywhere else.

The staff was super nice and extremely knowledge about animal care. We have a dog that can be a little bit of a 'jerk' but the staff knew exactly how to handle him. We found our new kennel for when we go out of town. And we even like them so much that we will be bringing our dogs to them for doggie day care to help acclimate our dogs to other animals and people. They are an awesome choice and you can feel confident that your fur children are safe and well taken care for.

The dogs are treated well, play with all kinds of breeds, have a pool to play in, can have a bath by appointment! What more do you want in a doggy day care!

I began taking my Boxer Ginger here back when they opened and roughly six years later I now trust The Bark House with my Rottweiler, Chloe All the reviews online at the time said to take your dog to Pet Playhouse, so I did but I never got a warm feeling from them towards my dog or dogs in general (or me for that matter). I was extremely happy to find The Bark House to be a family owned business who cares for my dog as I do.

I do not like leaving poor reviews... I am that person that always gives the benefit of the doubt but I was very disappointed when I picked my dogs up from the bark house... they smelled so bad of urine and feces that I couldn't even let them in my house when I got home. I had to give them a bath in the yard first. I also had to drive home with my windows down because the smell was that strong. I can't say they were treated badly but I can say the facility was not clean. There had to have been a lot of urine in their area for days for them to smell this bad???? I personally will not be using the bark house again.
