We had our dog stay in the house area for a little over a week while we were on leave, the staff took great care of our little princess, and shared either photos or videos to keep our minds at peace. Our dog is like our child, we would bring her here again! I also appreciate the mandatory "temperment" test required for all dogs to get to know your dog, and find out if it is an appropriate " fit" for your dog with others.

In the past few months I have personally seen 3 off their dogs loose on the side of the highway their fences are too short the need to take more precautions to keep them in the staff was verry rude when I brought up the complaint

They lost our dog! We haven’t found her, she’s been missing since yesterday the 25th.

I hate leaving my dog when we go out of town, however Spanish Springs Pet Resort has taken exceptional care of my dog. Everyone knows her and state that they really enjoy taking care of her. Their reputation was the reason I picked them several years ago and they have lived up to it.

We adopted a dog from there it was a great experience.

I'm giving the 2 starts because I'm glad I found my dog alive. I dropped her off on June 4th for a 10 day boarding and paid for the deluxe option. I wanted my dog to feel the closest to being at home, at dropped off time I asked the girl to please update with pictures and called me if anything would happen (it was my first time being away from my dog) to which she replied: " of course we send daily updates". Same thing says in their website and same thing the lady told me when I first called to inquire about this service. Long story short I had to keep either calling or texting to get updates. I got 1 picture and another one that was promised but I never received. Every time I got on the phone with them they said "she's doing good" but when I saw her it showed the opposite. My baby lost soo much weight; which it leaves me thinking either she didn't get feed or she could've been sad or stressed from being there and NO ONE bothered to let me know. Not to mention when I got there to pick her up, the lady mentioned that she was just done eating at 5pm. when I had left instructions that dinner was until 7pm. I had also booked her to get grommed on pick up day but some how the lady could not see it from their own website.. which makes me even think that she probably didn't even sleep in the house either since I was never able to get an update or pictures of her. The only reason I went to this place was because of the reviews I read and I'm honestly happy for those that had a good experience with them because I'm sure they all love their fur baby's as much as I love mine. So I hope this helps some else too.

I would recommend! Before I found this place I felt terrible leaving my dog behind on trips. She loves this place! I could tell she was having fun based off the pictures on IG. When she came home she was tired for DAYS but seemed sooo content. ❤ The guy who works in the front office was great. He made the check in/out easy.????I asked for pictures of my dog while she was being boarded and they sent some.

Not certain who loves Doggy Daycare more between myself or my puppy! He can't wait to get inside to play with his human and canine friends!

I used to take my Golden Retrievers here (same location, different name) years ago until the groomer left. We had spent a great deal of time searching for a new reliable groomer, checking out many different locations. It has been hit or miss, definitely not consistent. We were overjoyed to find that this location has a new wonderful groomer. We currently have two Golden Retrievers and a mini Australian Shepherd. When we went back to try the new groomer my dogs and I were treated so warmly. It was not hard to see that we had found a groomer that loves her job and the clients (both two and four legged verity ????) that walk through the door. I can’t tell you what a relief it has been to know that we found someone who loves our dogs (almost ????) as much as we do. My husband and I have been volunteers with and for Golden Retrieve Rescue Organizations for the more than 26 years and I also worked for a veterinary practice in California that had a groomer on staff to provide grooming services to the customers for more than 5 years. In addition to our own family Goldens we have fostered approximately 7 Golden’s a year for the past 26+ years and taken each of our foster dogs to a groomer (in California and Nevada) at least once before they are adopted and off to their new family. I can tell you not all groomers are as wonderful as the groomer at Spanish Springs Pet Resort. I have toured the new Spanish Springs Pet Resort and it is an impressive facility that is dedicated to the well being of their furry guests. We haven’t used their boarding facility (yet) but cannot speak highly enough about the groomer. She is always so professional and truly cares about dogs. I could tell immediately that this isn’t just a job to her but a calling and a passion. My dogs love going for their monthly grooming and always come home happy and smelling so clean and feeling very soft. It has been so reassuring to know that when we drop off our dogs they are cared for in a timely manner and not left to sit in a small kennel all day. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this groomer and the facility.

Don’t use the grooming there!! The first time I took my dog to grooming at this place it was great because was a different groomer. I took my dog to grooming this past Friday and they cut her skin too deep that I could see her muscle inside,I drop my dog at 10 am and my dog was supposed to be ready at 12pm. Around 1:30 pm I called them to know if something happened and the groomer told me to be there at 2:15 pm at least, I gave her more time and went around 2:45pm, thinking probably happen something else about some other dog or schedule. When I came inside she told me that had cut my dog accidentally (what can happen), but she didn’t call me to give some update about my baby girl who was there probably in pain and just God knows for how long. I contacted my husband and we decided to take her to animal emergency center, then I drove around 25 min to cross the city with my dog injured, thirsty and painful 103 fever. She got stitched and all the stuff. Next day I took the bill to the groomer who told me that couldn’t probably pay me that day because the owner was out of town, during all this time I was completely calm and understanding, but the answers for me was too straight and pushing me away, after I got mad and start crying some guy just appeared and make the payment for me via zelle ( maybe was the owner who was out of town or maybe someone else), but certainly could have showed up before all this stress. If you can avoid their grooming will be the best option ever. My whole weekend was ruined !! Be careful if your fur baby means a lot for you as mine means to me. My point of view is, if the pet is difficult PLEASE call the tutor and try to reschedule or just stop and reschedule for another time, but please don’t try to force something that can end bad.

My sister works here. She likes it a lot. And she does excellent work, really cares about the dogs. Beautiful facility as well. Happy dogs.

We have been taking our two dogs here for boarding for several years. Our dogs love it when we drop them off and our younger one loves the day care. They have always received excellent care and are excited to get there.

We just moved to the area about 3 months ago and had to find a new doggie day care for our pup. We couldn’t be happier with the staff and care we and our crazy little mutt have received here at Spanish Springs. The staff welcomed us with open arms and have become our friends. This was such a blessing with us moving into a new area and not knowing anyone. Our dog is a rescue who suffers from separation anxiety and some nervousness around new people. Everyone here has been so patient with him and now he loves coming. It’s clear the staff adorable animals and it’s wonderful to have peace of mind knowing they’re taking such good care of our dog. I would highly recommend Spanish Springs Pet Resort to anyone needing grooming, doggie day care or boarding services.

They did an excellent job grooming my silky. Very reasonable pricing. Friendly staff. I'll be back for sure.

Brought our two dogs in for the first time today. Everyone was friendly and they took amazing care of our pups!

First time ever leaving my pups for daycare. They LOVED it! The people there are absolutely fantastic and my GSP was exhausted when I got her home. I am beside myself happy that we found a reliable and trustworthy place for my pups to go while I'm at work. Will definitely be going back regularly for now on ????????

My girl always looks forward to visiting all her friends here while we travel! She gives it a 5 Star!

I have taken my dog to several daycares, and this by far is my favorite. Without hesitation Clyde was happy to let me see the play area, the area seems clean, with lots of things for dogs to do. The staff were absolutely wonderful, and recognize my dog and I by name every time we arrive and I pick up. After a day at daycare, my dog is exhausted for usually two full days.

I recently scheduled boarding for my new guy Zeus who is only 5 months old and have used their daycare and now boarding and can tell you that they are without question the best in both area and cant thank you guys enough for you above and beyond service and exceptional care for Zeus.

I dropped off my dog Remi for daycare and she had so much fun! The employees sent me videos of her playing with all other dogs reassuring me that she was safe and happy throughout the day! And at the end of the day Lynda the groomer gave her an amazing hair cut! 100% would recommend

Wow, this place is fantastic! I’ve been looking for a place to board my pup where she could play outside all day. They have a very large fenced in play area and run for the dogs. I opted for the deluxe boarding so she could sleep in the house on site with staff. My pup is fearful of strangers but had no issues with the staff at the resort. I only wish that it was closer so I could bring her for daycare every day.
