I've been very pleased with the staff interactions with my dogs. It looks to be a great facility.

I’ve been taking my 2 fur babies here for a few years now. Mostly for boarding when I go out of town, but also grooming. They are always excited to go, and I know they will be very well cared for.

My puppy really enjoyed her first day. They called and updated us a couple of times to let us know how she was doing. Really excited to have a regular daycare for her!

Very happy with the grooming of our beloved Sheepadoodle Oliver. Groomer did a superb job and our boy looked refreshed and so happy. Will be using again for many more services.

I'm grateful for having the availability of On Command daycare. I've been taking my 5 month old puppy there for about 2 weeks now. She has lots of fun playing with other dogs her size and/or similar age. I don't worry about her while she's there because the staff is caring, and takes times to review with me how my puppy does at the daycare. Cece and all staff are friendly and I feel like I'm taking my puppy to stay with a longtime friend. The great thing, also, is that I can ask for her to be bathed or groomed while she's there. The dogs I see leaving who were groomed look beautiful, so if I ever want grooming I'm sure I'll be happy with that as well.

Always love the experience at On Command. My dogs are well taken care of and look great!

My little Brandy a four and a half pound Chihuahua that is afraid of everything was very happy to be staying at on command and not stressed when I picked her up.. I would not hesitate to take her back at a later time when needed and I have used them on several occasions with my other bow wows. The girl seem to be very attentive to these babies... Jerri

This was my 5 months old puppy and it was very important to me that it would be a good experience for boarding. On Command was highly recommended by two separate friends. The staff were all so friendly and obvious they adored my puppy. I was confident she would be taken care of. The facilities are very clean and large fenced area for walking and running. I will use them again and recommend On Command.

My dog is 12 years old. We've lived in 3 other states & On Command is by far the best service we've experienced. I may need a boarding service & if I do I have no hesitation of taking him there.

Boarded my shiba at On Command recently and she was a happy dog when I picked her up. Had her groomed while there and sounds like she loved it! The staff are always friendly and helpful and the facility is very clean and well maintained. Will definitely be going back...

I dropped off my English Cream Golden Angel for boarding this past weekend at the Reno location. Cece and the staff were wonderful and took excellent care of Angel when I was out of town. We also booked her for Thanksgiving and Christmas boarding. Thank you ladies for being so kind, helpful and for taking such good care of her!!

Highly recommended. Era cockapoo suffers from occasional anxiety from a source of different reasons. He did great! Top notch staff! Thank you OnCommand!

On the recommendation of a friend, we booked Alex at On Command for grooming of our 18 month old golden doodle. Abbie was happy when we came to pick her up and she looked amazing. We will definitely go back. We found the facility to be clean and the staff efficient.

This was our very first visit to OnCommand for our little guy's grooming and we were very impressed. They did a great job at making us and him at ease as soon as we walked in the door. The cut was perfect for what he needed before winter hits Reno. He was happy when we picked him up and they only took a couple of hours for the full-service groom. We will definitely be back for all of his future grooming needs.

Alex was paid for lessons at a residential house that he failed to do and refuses to refund my money. l hope this isn't how your business is ran.I will be reporting this.

Napoleon was ready for a new groomer. We drove past On Command a number of times. So we decided to give them a try. Napoleon looked so handsome and very happy-go-lucky. Mission accomplished! Staff was wonderful. We will be back in a month or so. Thank You On Command Staff. We appreciate you 100%.

Our baby who is 12 years old has always been hyperactive and unpredictable…a rescue primarily short haired border collie. We have spent a lot of money over the years for training with very little to show for it. Since we came to On Command 3 or 4 years ago (it seems they’ve been there for us for much longer!) Dodger has noticeably been very happy and content when we have had to leave him for a day or longer. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate him and for an older dog who has always been weary of males he has formed a great relationship with Matt! I only wish we would have found On Command earlier!

Excellent facility and staff that go above and beyond to take care of my dog Cookie. The owner CeCe is Amazing. You can tell she is passionate about her business and ensuring each dog has a great experience, whether it's doggy daycare, boarding, or grooming. I highly recommend On Command

Love this place. My dogs are so excited with every visit and have staff that can personally answer how their care is for boarding and daycare. Almost 3 years going here and will not change based on the service we get

I had my puppy LeVi board with On Command in Moana branch for the first time. They did evaluation on drop off day which he passed & was able to be in daycare which I was hoping for so he can have playtime with other doggies. What I really like about this place is everyone is so friendly & helpful. Every time I call they will give me updates on how my dog is doing & will take time to listen & really talk to me & that’s just top notch customer service. Special mention to Cici & Sierra for making us feel that our dog is in good hands. I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for boarding/daycare for their fur babies. Excellent as always. Ladies and gents working there are friendly, pet conscious and efficient. Almost as though all the dogs are their dogs, and the time he’s there Bogey is their dog. Bogey likes it there and so do I. Jim Lyons

My Saint Bernard, Kiera, gets super excited when we turn the corner into the parking lot and LOVES everyone there. That, to me, says everything.

The staff is very efficient and friendly. I have boarded my dog there and have also had him groomed there and both services were outstanding!

I contacted On Command to board my Shelties, Mikey and Tess for the first time and I am so glad I did! Mikey takes daily medications and they were so good about making sure everything was just right. The staff had never met my dogs previously until I brought them in for boarding, they were welcomed as if they were regulars, that made my day and I knew they would be taken care of! Thanks, On Command, Mikey and Tess will be back.

Wonderful staff and they take such good care of my dog - he is a GSD and they really have his coat and nails done so perfectly!

This is the only place I will board my dogs at. Their customer service is great! They are always so helpful with my needs and my dogs.
