I love this place! So far we have taken Stella 3 times and have been so pleased. Especially cause we have a hard time cutting her toe nails. Today she had the cutest bunny bandana! ????

My preferred groomer in the area

This groomer does not know her dog breeds. You never cut a long haired miniature dachshund ears, wings or tail. What part of the instruction "trim feet only" does she not get. Last visit here. If anyone knows a good groomer who knows their breeds, I would appreciate the information.

I have been treated with great respect and feel like they really like and do there jobs well. Not to say the distance is close to my home,a big thank you to these kind of people, only wish more people would be the same way.

A little bit expensive, but they did a thorough job

We take all 3 of our dogs there and used to even take our cat. They have always been very kind to our animals and the come out looking great!

Normally this place is great, but they are not open during the COVID19 Pandemic and it is rather hard to contact them through the phone.

Having a 1 year old doesn’t allot me much time to be able to give our 2 dogs a bath. The first time I went I only took our older fluffy dog, but they did such an excellent job that I plan on taking both dogs next time. ????

My newly adopted dog, Teddy, had a good and positive experience here. He is a rescue and has both people and animal issues. Once I left him in capable hands he did fine. I will be returning! It's hard to find true dog people.

I love taking my dogs to get groomed at Spanish Springs Grooming! I trust them to take great care of my pups and they always look amazing when I pick them up!

Been coming here for a couple of years now. They've always done a good job with my two small doggos but they were always running late and appointments were hard to schedule but no more. Quality has improved as well as time for completion. Scheduling seems to be a bit easier now. I use Sarah. She is wonderful and my doggos live her!

Suffice it to say that i walked in with a 4 legged dog and walked out with a 3 legged dog! Torn ACL! When i confronted the owner she told me that another employee said that she saw my dog fall out of our vehicle. NOT TRUE! If true, did they not notice the whole time he was there???? DO NOT USE THEIR "SERVICES"!

Always do a great job making our little anxious dog feel hands-on and confident. Our dog has low hanging quicks on his nails and they professionally cut and manicure without incident.

I have been taking my little dog there for 9 years. I trust them to bath and cut my dog hair. They do an awesome job!

Horrible service and attitude. They don’t treat your fur babies the way they should. You should never drag my dog. I have never complained on a public site before. But they earned it.

The girl that gave my dog a haircut was inexperienced and didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. She gave my dog back because apparently he was fighting with her when I know for a fact he never does that to any other groomer. He was even in there for 50 min. Got a call to come and get him. She told me that he had a knot under his chin and he was biting at the clippers and trying to get away. She was afraid that she would of cut him and told me that I needed to take him to a vet to get it removed. She gave him back with everything but his head shaved. I had to take him to another groomer and he did perfectly fine over there. So I am never taking my dog here to get groomed ever again.

I just picked my pom-chi up after a 4 hour visit. I told the lady at the front desk that her face hadn't been cleaned, she had eye boogers. Next thing I know Kelly comes up front and asks rudely what the issue is. I told her my dogs face hadn't been cleaned, so she digs her fingernail into my dogs face while I'm holding her and attempts to scrape them out. I could've done a better job washing her at home. I've been going here for years,but the quality of work and customer service has gone down hill. I will NOT be going back. IF You Love Your Dog Go Elsewhere!
