While low on a few items, the customer service was great.

Got dog food. 10/10 would do it again.

Good selection of pet food, toys, and clothes.

Clean store, friendly employees greet you at the door, and staff is knowledgeable about a wide variety of pets.

Best prices on crickets which I needed for the bearded dragons i rescued a guy now has them for his son to enjoy Petco was so overpriced I couldn't see going there any longer and the petsmart staff really worked with me knowing that I had to drive on my lunch break to pick up crickets thanks guys I appreciate you and so do the dragons I will only shop here for my next pet

Very disappointed with their grooming service! I ordered the full bath and haircut service with advanced package for my dog but the groomer didn’t even clean and shave my puppy’s face!Also the haircut was terrible! I had to fix it by myself. I have been petsmart’s costumer for more than six years but will not anymore.Don’t waste your money!

Nicely laid out and great selections.

This is probably my favorite pet store that is a big chain to go to. The employees are really nice, and the management is amazing. They are very accommodating and helpful with any questions or help that's needed. I would recommend them any day.

FINALLY FROM THE DOG BED I WAS LOOKING FOR

I have brought my dog here many times and I’m always happy with the result. She always looks great! Today, my dog was very nervous and anxious and unfortunately the groomers could not finish the cut. They took great care of her and I appreciate the concern for her well-being. I could tell the groomer, Savannah, really cared and it was very nice dealing with her. Also, we were not charged for the cut, because of the problems with my dog. And I really appreciate that gesture. I will definitely bring her back in the future :)

I was looking for something specific and checked on line. It wasn't there. Then the cash out wouldn't let us use our membership. Not the best Saturday result.

Wonderful pet store, but could use a few more knowledgeable people for the customers that are starting to home a new pet.

Good stock, friendly associates and they are smart in product placement ensuring I never leave the store without getting a few new toys for my boys.

Helpful & had just what I was looking for.

I wish I could give this store 10 stars. This Petsmart on Virginia Street is waaaayyyy better than the one in Carson and I live in Carson so that's saying something. Every employee working there greeted us, a very nice young woman was cleaning the tanks when I asked her if they had any big tanks in stock. She stopped what she was doing, got some strong nice gentlemen employees to help us load the heavy tank and stand. When the stand accidentally broke (gravity strikes again) they replaced it immediately with a new one that would withstand the aquarium. They made my pet store experience very easy, and I highly recommend anyone who has pets to shop here! ????????

A store with anything for pets and Pets and Fish they got it all

Clean, organized. Had what we wanted. Nice staff.

If you're looking for aquarium decorations, I would really suggest to go here compared to Petco. They have way more varieties from really small to really large. Although do be aware they might be a little pricy or more than you expect.

The bearded dragon is CLEARLY starving to death, he’s almost flat he’s so skinny. TAKE HIM TO THE VET.
