Absolutely the best groomer I have been to...hands down! Not only were all the employees compassionate with my neurotic rescues (and neurotic owner! ????) the owner gave me some insight to their behavior after they were led into the back away from me. I usually feel anxious about leaving my boys but not here! When I picked them up they were happy & seemed reluctant to leave! Both were clean and soft. Superior job on their nail trims and ears. I am SO happy to have finally found a place we all love!

This was my first time taking my dog to get groomed and I have been scared by the stories I hear about mistreatment/trama. This was definitely not the case!! My baby came out looking exactly like what I asked for. He was happy coming out with his cute bandana. Great service very friendly I think I have found my spot !!

Chewy came home so happy and not traumatized when he got groomed yesterday. That in itself is worth every penny but on top of that they cut Thumpers nails and everything. Thank you for being so wonderful with our fur babies. We look forward to our next visit. ????

Had my dogs nails trimmed. She was done in less than 10 minutes. Super fast and smooth too. We'll be back

Been taking my dog here for years. This is a very friendly family owned dog groomers. They are usually pretty booked out but it’s worth it if you book ahead of time. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous owners. Very good with our rescue pup, Sméagol, for nail trim. We will def be bringing in our other rescue dog for nail trim & hair cut as well. You can definitely tell they care for the animals they work with!!

I moved out here about 8 months ago and took my fur children to Just Dogs and I haven’t looked back. Carolyn and Matthew from day one have always treated my dogs and myself with respect and taken care of them with so much love, my dogs are a bit crazy but they know just how to handle them. I can’t thank them enough for their legendary service and will continue to use their service as long as they are in business.

They are the nicest people. I know my pup Shiloh is in the best of hands. And they always do an amazing job. Shiloh has super long ,fine, tangled hair. He comes out looking beautiful ❤️. Highly recommend.

Just Dog pet grooming is a hidden gem in Sparks. I wish I had a before photo to show the huge change between coats. My girl had thick mats behind her ears, in between the toes, and her butt. I could only imagine how uncomfortable that would have been. A small fee and a few hours later and Skittles is like a puppy again. Beautiful work by Just Dog, as well as an extremely friendly staff from this mom n' pop shop. Updated with new photos after going for the past 2 years

Caroline and crew are very professional and friendly. I don't trust anyone else with our 3 pound fur baby! Our baby is always so perfectly groomed and is actually relaxed rather than all tense when I pick her up from her appointments. You can feel comfortable leaving your babies in their care! Recommend 100%!

I recently brought in my one year old bernedoodle puppy for her first ever grooming experience. I was very nervous as she is a rescue dog and had lots of mats around her face and neck. However, the staff here were truly amazing! Not only did they make me feel comfortable, but they took great care of my baby! With lots of treats and breaks she came out looking amazing! I will DEFINITELY be coming back! Plus they have the best prices and the best service here in town! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Luna!

They are the BEST in the WEST. Great customer service and professional. Love the care and attention my fur babies are always given. Their cuts are always on point. The grooming facility is always clean, smells good and a friendly atmosphere.

This place has kind owners and they do a great job! They fit my dog Shelly in last minute for the full works - nails, ears, and bath. My dog is a rescue pitbull and she loved it- came out smelling of lemon and oatmeal soothing shampoo with a wagging tail and a smile. They have affordable prices and treat their doggie clients like gold.

Awesome. My Bichon goes a little nuts when I turn into the strip center where this shop is located. He can’t wait to get inside. He always looks so good when I pick him up.

I took my dog in today to get his nails trimmed and get a bath. I can never trim his nails because he hates it and will try to bite me, however I always resort to Just Dog Grooming because they do such a great job and my dog is well behaved. They even put a cute little bandana on him! Just Dog Grooming has amazing service, great prices and overall wonderful customer service. 10/10 recommend!

We have been taking our dogs to Matthew and Carolyn for a few years. They never disappoint. We love the small business feel and they really make their customers feel important. We refer all of our friends and family to Just Dogs! Keep it up y'all!

Update: No surprise at all after looking at reviews from other people who have had issues with this groomer on google and yelp but the owners of this business seem incapable of taking responsibility and genuinely apologizing for anything they do wrong. They good work, but if anything goes south you can expect this business to place all blame on their customers. I manage a small business myself and can’t imagine ever responding customer complaints they way they do. I’ve taken My three dogs here a couple of times now. My husband is usually the one to drop off and pick up so this was my first direct experience with the owners and I could not be more disappointed with my experience. When I dropped off my ten year old, she had an accident in the lobby. I apologize and asked if we could pick it up the the owner said not to worry, profesional hazard, ect. I go to pick them up after the appointment and the man up front tells me that if my dogs keep having accidents during appointments they will charge me extra and that it’s my responsibility to make sure they are taken out before the Appointment. This was so so incredibly presumptuous and insulting. All my dogs are rescues with special needs. My ten year old had sever IBD and has no control over her bowels. My corgi was abused and has bad anxiety, the fact we’ve been able to rehabilitate him to the point he can tolerate a trip to the groomer at all is a major victory. The owner proceeds to tell me that there are “things” I could be giving my dogs to help with their stress. This groomer is NOT my Vet and has no business trying to advise me on how to care for my angle pets. In my opinion the fact that this groomer said to my face that it’s not fair for him to have to clean up messes is beyond ridiculous to me. I suppose If you don’t have special needs pets this groomer does a good job technically but they will just assume you’re a negligent pet parent if your animal had any sort of behavioral quirks. The lack of professionalisms was astounding.

Carolyn and Matthew are so good to my Brewster. He is an older and cranky dog. They have such patience with him. They have such kind hearts and it is very enjoyable when they have finished grooming himThey deserve a 10 star rating if there was one

I love coming here I bring my lil guy to get his nails cut ,the first time I came he went right into their arms no issues which is not normal for my lil Lewie. I totally recommend this place to everyone! I have been to other places and my dog did not like the people he tried to bite them and after the first visit to just dog grooming I will say to him let’s go get ur nails cut and he knows where we are going wagging his tail the whole time and when we pull up he can’t wait to get in there
