If I could give no stars I would. I called ahead because I knew my boyfriend would be dropping off our girl as I had to work, I let them know I knew she needed to be shaved because of matting and to just do it however short it needed to be. Whoever I talked to on the phone was awesome but whoever took her in was not. She tried to tell my boyfriend what kind of dog we have, then proceeded to tell him that the cut I had mentioned when she asked what I wanted done (not sure why if the other girl put in the notes she should’ve been shaved) was impractical , when in fact it’s a breed specific cut. They took her in and called 45 minutes later and said she was agitated, panicking, alligator rolling and nipping and that they couldn’t continue the groom. The first picture is before and the second one and last are after, I have no idea what they did to my dog but she was just fine when I took her home and shaved her down myself. Don’t waste your money here, you can 100% do a better job than the people here. Never again will I trust them to groom my dog.

So many dead fish. Might be too many animals for staff to care for. If you buy a fish from a contaminated tank- your new pet will die and kill your healthy fish.

Recently got a bearded dragon from this location. We were assisted not only once but twice by Tait! He went above and beyond with helping us! He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions and gave us great tips! He had amazing customer service! Very happy with our experience. ????

Was given fantastic advice and recommendation on a training harness for my dog. Also, they exchanged a toy that my dog chewed up within 1 hour. I appreciate the great customer service!

I ended up buying the jumbo meal worms with a twelve count in each container and only recovered 10 meal worms from 3 containers

I ordered the T-bone steak and eggs the steak was so thin it wasn't even worth 20 bucks

It was a rather small location, but there was still a good variety for the space they had, the staff was friendly and punctual. Will return, for sure

Walk in and the staff ask immediately if they can help me. I mentioned what I was looking for and the walked me over to the item. Nice to see attentive staff . Something that has unfortunately gone away recently. Also, very knowledgeable in answering my questions .

you were out of the large bags of wholehearted easy digestion cat food. I bought the small bag, however, i will need to come back very soon to see if you got in the large bag. I or I should say my cat loves your Wholehearted brand of dry cat food.

Fast place to pick up pet food when you run out before your chewy delivery arrives. Customer service is awesome and helpful always.

Now they are closed because of staffing shortages, yesterday was a different excuse. They are out of everything lately. Time to find a new reliable, better staffed, and friendly pet store.
