Very nice place. My dogs have been boarded here and regularly come to day care here. They love it.

Figured it was time to put in a review here. Me and my lab “puppy” (she is 62lbs at 9 months old) have experience with bootcamp training, daycare and boarding. Training- she did the 8 day bootcamp and even as as a young puppy, she did a complete 180 on the leash. She’s a great leash dog. They aren’t going to make your dog perfect off leash but pretty close on leash. Expensive but Bridgette gives results. Daycare- I take Macy here once a week- occasionally twice a week. I’ll drop her off before work around 7 and pick up around 4 and she is the happiest and most tired dog. The best dog is a tired dog. She starts whining in excitement when we are about a mile away each time. Occasionally I’ll have them add a bath or nail clip and they do a great job. Boarding- I like that the couple times she’s been boarded here that she can play in daycare during the day so she’s not crated or only getting out for brief walks the whole time. Again, a bit expensive but I don’t worry about her at all. The staff has been very friendly when I drop off and pick up. Do not try to pick up your dog even one minute after close time. They lock the doors on the dot. I’ve never run into this but they do send a reminder text 30 mins prior to closing because they are very serious about closing and getting their staff home- as they should.

Left my dog outside in the rain during December for four hours. Resulted in my dog being taken to the vet for illness. My sweet dog was vomiting and had diarrhea. The owner stated" hes been doing this for ten years" when I asked why dogs are outside in the rain and cold....yikes. protect your fur babies. I do not recommend this facility.

My lab is always excited to get here. She gets a lot of energy out, which makes us happy too.

I could not recommend oncommand more. We walked in with a very reactive Great Dane, a dog that I was afraid to take places, a dog that I didn’t trust, and after an 8 day bootcamp, a few refreshers and an e-collar class, today we’re walking out with a completely different dog. They have given me the tools and the confidence to correct him on my own, and they’ve given him the tools to abide and understand those corrections. Brigette has worked with us every step of the way. She has answered everyone of my emails, phone calls and silly questions. She’s been patient with us and our dog. Bear the owner or manager has gone above and beyond to help in anyway possible through this process and we could not be more satisfied with our training experience at OnCommand. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Have done dog training and boarding. Both great services, but they then over charged me and double billed me and refused to correct their error. I double checked pick up times and advised about medications before my vacation so everything could be paid in advance. Then they added charges after they had my pets when I was out of town, so I had no option but to pay. They then told me a different pick up time, and I had to send someone else to pick up my pet after I already paid for a late pick up. Then they changed the time again and charged me more. I will never use them again.

Friendly staff and a cool space. Very strict on closing hours with no flexibility if you are a minute late for any reason.

Would not recommend. Used their boarding services for my pup. When I picked her up, there was a scar on her nose. No one could tell me what happened to her, which was weird to me because they advertise 24 hour attention. I did not make a fuss, because things happen. Once I got her home, she was a bit off; she seemed to be afraid. I let her adjust to being back home. Maybe half an hour later, she literally passed out. When I tried calling the facility, they left me on hold just to tell me that no manager was in to speak to me.

So, our puppy went here and what a hack job they did. The beard and eyebrows we love is gone. Yes, I asked for a trim only and told them that I liked her ears and eyebrows and small beard. It gives her character.. instead they shaved our dog. Even her whiskers! I would not recommend this place to future dog owners.

We love, love, love On Command. The staff is so kind and treat my dog with so much love. He loves going to doggie daycare and looks amazing after tgey give him a bath. So happy we found them!

Do NOT ever bring your dogs here for training they are extremely mean to the dogs which I've seen first hand. Also at all cost do not apply here because you will never get paid for the work you do. The owner is SHADY and NEVER returns phone calls. Extremely shady place. Take your dog else where for boarding or daycare. There are way better places around Reno/Sparks area.

Both locations are great. From my puppies to very senior dog with special needs I always feel confident, comfortable and reassured when they have boarded there. Our new puppy does the doggie day care 3 days a week and its well worth it. The puppy just completed the 8/3 dog training program.

On Command is excellent. The staff is friendly and professional. Not only did we board my daughters pit bull there, but also took the classes for dog training. Of course they have a variety of services but so far that's all we've used.. Really glad we went there.

I enrolled my boy, Caine, for their 8 day boot camp to get a handle on his leash pulling issues. Getting him back was like night & day!! Seriously the best money I have spent for him. His walks are an absolute joy for both of us now. Thank you to everyone there!!!

Our two dogs were well taken care of why we were in So CA for a wedding!

I needed both my standard poodles groomed in a pinch because my regular groomer had an injury. They set up an appointment in two days. Ruben groomed them both and did an exceptional job. My husband and I couldn't be happier

For 2 years voice direction randomly stops hate!!!!!!!

Puppy Milo always love hanging out with the other dogs and the service is really good. A tune-up dog training for him during this visit puts his personality in check. He was all clean when we arrived and teeth brushed.

Very attentive staff, excellent clean facility that is well maintained. The staff is friendly and I always feel confident my puppers is well cared for whether we board him overnight or just take him for daycare.

Beware of this place don't trust them with your pet they lie

Ive never been there and as far as im concerned they charge way to much and only in it for money and owner is very nasty to customers... not even worth a zero

Chloe my 14 year old mini Poodle just had her first stay (4 nights). She came home happy, well fed and beautifully groomed! Just moved to Reno and so glad I gave On Command a try!

Just spent almost $20 for there young groomer (looked like she was in her early 20s) to only cut one of my dogs paws nails. She said she was worried about him getting worked up but she just didn’t want to do it obviously . Go somewhere else
