Best vet I've found in Reno area!

The vet techs and everyone was very kind to me. The wait for papers and such is sometimes long, but besides that, it was a good experience

I'm needing my pigeons nails need to be clipped badly now and the best I was offered is to make an appointment next month. I don't think this is something can wait a month. They were not helpful whatsoever. I've been going down a list of vets and they either don't treats birds and the ones that do can't help. You guys are veterinarian's where is your compassion when someone has a problem with there animal and you just say can't help you sorry and can't point you in the right direction good luck with your problem.

I’m happy that you were able to grow as well as you have I just wish you would not have forgotten the people and pets that were loyal to you all and your practice get to where it is now.

The Staff here are the absolute best! We had to put our boy down recently and they made it an easier time allowing us all the time we needed to say good bye to our Tuck. About a week later in the mail was the sweetest card signed by all the staff which was a nice touch. They regularly care for all our pets and we recommend Kreture Komforts to all!

I've been bringing my dogs here for over 2 years now. The doctors are great, the techs are great, the prices are amazing, wait times are a bit long but that's par for the course everywhere. My only suggestion/critique/complaint is this: When an owner is picking up their 80lb Pitbull who is a bit reactive when seeing other dogs, as in, I WANNA PLAY, please, please, PLEASE......BRING THE DOG OUT ON THEIR LEASH!! When I picked up Jasper yesterday the BARELY had him on one of your leads and LET THE LEAD GO so he could run up to me!!!! This is beyond unacceptable!!! I've worked as a Kennel Attendant bringing dogs in/out and such and RULE #1 at all times is MANTAIN CONTROL OF THAT DOG!!!!! Girl, you don't know my dog, you don't know what he is gonna do, we are right on Glendale at rush hour, what if he ran into traffic?!?! It happens! I'll be calling after I post this. So, when picking up your pooch, tell them to put all their gear on and bring them out or meet them at the door. That's my BABY, please handle with care!!!

Kreature Komforts helped us say goodbye to our sweet dachshund. We are grateful for the respect and kindness they gave to us and him.

Friendly people, good services, low prices

Pretty much let my bunny die because their doctor had a surgery scheduled for that day even though it probably wasn't an emergency, I called seven different vets trying to get them to take her. Apparently you can't have emergencies with exotic animals. Or God forbid you have more than one doctor working.

Front desk associates think they’re veterinarians in this place. They make medical recommendations for patients without even talking to the actual vets. They never let you talk to the actual vets. They never want to help your pet. Anytime you need a prescription or help for your pet, they can never help even though you’re an established patient with them. They’re always overbooked. They’re always rude, rushed or irritated over the phone. They don’t listen to their clients at all. They always tell you to go to the emergency vet hospital for everything even though the situation only requires a simple lab test. The worst vet clinic I’ve ever been to. Wouldn’t recommend it to anybody who cares about their pets.

The best Vet in town. Dr Patti has been taking excellent care for my dogs for over 25 years. Her staff is wonderful.

We have been taking our fur and scale babies here for a couple years now, and we absolutely love them ❤️. The staff is amazing, the office is soooo cute how they have it all decorated. We have gone there for nail clippings, routine visits, surgeries, and emergencies. They were so nice and compassionate when our Sasha girl passed away????????.

Great place for standard care, but they were too busy to take my precious baby in and she died because of it. Doctors had 1 surgery scheduled and couldn't possibly do anything to take my pet in.

I was very happy with my first visit. Looking forward to good personal care.

This group always takes the best care of my dog. He has been going to them since he was a puppy and I have never once questioned the care he received. In my opinion, this is the best animal care facility in northern nevada and I will forever take my current and future pets to them.

Very friendly and positive experience even with the Covid-19 restriction The process was smooth and convinient. Chewie was content and calm when I picked him up after his physical exam and grooming all the same day.

I have had a few minor cat emergencies in the last two months and each time the Vets here (Dr. Stone and Dr. Smith) have been so kind, respectful, and really seem to care about my cat. The staff really listens and cares! They are super great with responding to emails with thoughtful and detailed answers. I am so happy I found this vet office
