Very nice lady and she did a great job on my dog

The groomer here are wonderful. I inherited an old Pomeranian when my Mom past. The ladies here are very gentle when cleaning and shaving the Pom, Juliette, so as not to frighten or injure her. Thanks ladies for caring for Julie, no more tangled muddy messes in Julies whispy long fur!

Constantly go back and have them take of out dogs. There was some miscommunication with out appointment, but they were able to fit us in. Always fantastic service

I have been using K9 Central for the past 4 years. They are always welcoming and attentive to my pets. They even asked about our other dog when we only took one in. They love our pets as much as we do. I will always support a local business, especially when they treat us like family.

Love the way my dogs look . I have two Yorkies and one has really bad hips normally she can't walk very goid after grooming they were done Wednesday and she was not in any pain after thank you for taking such good care of her ????

I called K-9 and asked for a return call to set up a grooming appointment for my dog and no one called me back. Customer service is lacking.

I was a member of this site for many years until one day I was unable to attend an appointment because my mother passed away and I had to leave urgently to another country. When I called the owner of this business and try to explain to her the situation. she was furious, charging me a fine and demanding that I most have to show to her my mother's dead certificate. I explained what happened and she was very aggressive, without compassion since that day I feel afraid to leave my dog ​​with that woman! I do not recommend that a person without feelings and compassion be left in charge of animals!

They always make time when need to get my dog bathed nails trimmed. I highly recommend k-9Central.

I've been here a few times just for nails clipped, fast and cheap but my dog is old and has issues with her right paw as I tell the owner every time I go. When she took her paw to start clipping, my dog yelped and she yanked it hard straight out which made her yelp louder. My dog is very submissive and has never had any resistance to getting them done. So we won't be going back. Really bad service for a self owned business.

Awesome, custom tailored care for your pets! The salon is clean and doesn't ever smell "doggy". The owner and staff do a great job listening to your needs and then doing their best to accommodate you. And if they can't do a particular request, they tell you up front. This is the ONLY salon that I will ever bring my dog Bell to; the shop owner, Kari, was so great with her!

This place rocks I just think the people that don't like this place are obviously not good people or there are those kind of people that put a helmet on their dog. They have always provided a great service for me and my great beautiful dog

About 5 years ago when I had first gotten my Border Collie rescue this place was suggested by a friend for grooming. Everything seemed fine when I picked her up but 2 days later when I touched her back and rear she whimpered. She has really thick fur and undercoat. When I looked closely under her fur her skin had broken out in a rash that eventually blistered. I immediately to her to the vet and she had to be put on antibiotics. The blisters were from her shoulders to her tail. This is due to the bather NOT rinsing all the shampoo from her coat. When I called and told them they took no responsibility saying they only use oatmeal shampoo and that it couldn't have happened. They didn't offer to reimburse me for the grooming OR the vet bill! It wasn't even about the money as the PAIN MY DOG HAD TO ENDURE !!! If you love your dog take them elsewhere!!!!!

Had just delivered my baby and was still in the hospital when i had to call in to cancel my dogs appointment. Got yelled and and was told bad words by the suposably owner. Not ok

They've been our groomer through five dogs and many years. Dogs have always seemed fine with the experience and look great afterwards. We also use the self wash which is set up well.

I had been taking my dog here for a little while now and realized she was always terrified to go in. This last weekend we went and she didn’t even want to go through the door. To top it all off when I looked at my banking transactions I noticed that they changed my tip amount on my receipt. I tip the same everytime I go in so when I saw that I was charged 53 dollars and not my usual 48 I knew it was incorrect. I’m incredibly angry and I wish I never brought my dog here.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. The lady that was working was extremely rude and was making rude comments about my dog . I came in for a nail clipping . My dog usually doesn’t get scared with anyone . I have never had a issue taking her to get her nails clipped . But this time I knew something was wrong when she was terrified to go with the lady. I had to go back with her . The lady was extremely rude and put this rope leash on her and started pulling her , she began to choke my dog. My dog was absolutely terrified of this lady. I will never go there a again. Yes it’s cheaper then most places but I rather go to baring blvd vet they are amazing with my dog and she loves everyone there .

They are great with dogs. And do nails without causing pain.

I have a VERY spoiled and grumpy 8 yo Chihuahua, I have taken him to other places in the past where he seems to be shedding more when I pick him up then he did when I dropped him off. K-9 Central was recommended to me by a coworker, and I took him there for the first time 3 months ago. I was extremely happy with their service!!!! I was surprised that he wasn't shedding at all when I picked him up.....I even pulled on his hair to see if I could get something!! I live in Reno and don't have a problem driving to Sparks to get him groomed.

Horrible place and horrible business! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. They are absusive and rude to the customers and the PETS. Definitely do not recommend.

My dog was so mean and disgusting and when I took her to k9 central and they fixed her up. Kari has great customer service, and I don't understand why people give her bad reviews. Kari cares about the dogs and not the humans who neglect them. I will definitely be back with all 3 of my dogs.

It's a sad thing for a business when customer service is not the highest point you come with.
