Very nice and professional. Will definitely be going back. Absolutely without a doubt you can trust them with your fur babies.

Dr Richardson is amazing! I've worked with one nurse who was also awesome but unfortunately do not remember her name. The receptionists are nice and definitely want to be helpful. The reason I am giving 4 stars out of 5 is my interaction with the front desk by phone and in person has been a bit frustrating. I was called about lab work by a Dr other than our primary, and when I called back and asked for this Dr., the gal said she didn't think a Dr by that name worked there and I would have to wait for Dr. Richardson to call back. When I was there in person next, I saw the business card of the other Dr on the counter. A second incident that frustrated me was that Dr. Richardson advised me by phone to do a fecal test. I brought the sample in and asked for the test, the receptionist had to go to the back 2 times to "check" to make sure it's ok to take the sample. I was disappointed that she couldn't just look at Dr. Richardson's notes and confirm. I believe that Dr. Richardson's care and concern for our pet makes it worth it to keep coming back, I will just need to be patient with anyone else that helps me out.

Dr. Sperling is the best! I wouldn't take my Yorkie to any other vet. She is caring, professional and knowledgeable.

Staff is friendly but they lie about their service. We are paying for their monthly plan since we got a puppy. In this package that you pay for, they are supposed to offer a wisdom panel.... well they did it the first time and we never got the results back they said it got lost so come on in and they would do another, we did it and they lost it like they did to the first one. Every time we call to question about it they say they're manager will call us back and they never do. 4 times we've reached out about our pups dna results and they won't respond back to us. Something that is supposed to take 4 weeks and here it's been since mid August and 2 lost test later we have nothing. They lie about the service. And the manager refuses to reach back out to explain why it got lost a second time.

It is a very busy place and impersonal animal care. I signed up for a yearly plan as it was almost the same for that as an initial visit. I will finish out the year but transfer to a local vet hospital as soon as possible.

Our regular vet couldn't see our cat for a few weeks and we were worried it was something urgent. We couldn't have been more pleased with his care. The vet was thorough and took time to explain everything.

Very knowledgeable Drs. and staff at an affordable price. Inquire about their pet wellness program, It definitely saved me money when my pet was ill , but most importantly, it helps me ensure the wellness of my pet with more frequent visits not being a cost. Thumbs up!!

I took my dog here for a check up after moving here from PA. The initial visit was free with a coupon. I dropped my dog off and she was there for HOURS. I never got to speak with the veterinarian, only the assistant. I had given Banfield all of my dog's records, and she was due for heartworm medicine and flea and tick medicine. They never prescribed it, and when I called I was told only the doctor who had seen my dog could prescribe the meds, and the doctor was out on leave. I called my veterinarian in PA and she sent a prescription through Chewy.com. I will NEVER take my dog there again, and will be looking for a new veterinarian.

Care for my pets is outstanding. The vets are awesome. Their office practices on the other hand lacks in efficiency. They are under-staffed, so you don't get phone calls answered or responses to messages, in a timely manner.

I brought my cat into this vet about 6-8 months ago because he was vomitting repeatedly and the vomit looked like it contained some blood. They ran $500 in tests and sold me the Optimum Wellness Plan then claimed he had pancreatitis. Come to find out, they never gave him a pancreatitis test but just KNOWINGLY diagnosed him INCORRECTLY anyway. His condition has since worsened. This Banfield SUCKS. I will forever share how careless they were with my animal's care and will not be renewing the Optimum Wellness Plan. It's not worth it. I dont believe the staff here understand how to actually care for or about animals.

I have been a wellness plan member for nearly a year because my dog, rescued at 6 months, needed all his vaccinations and I was hoping to save money. At this point, I would rather have spent the money saved (and more!) for a kind and caring local veterinarian. The care is so poor that I cannot even verify whether my dog has received the treatment that I have signed up for. At our previous visit (May), I was told that my dog had received (1) a comprehensive exam, (2) vaccines (Bordetella and Canine Flu), but that we would need to return for his (3) Heartworm Prevention and (4) Bloodwork. Despite the fact that I could not get a hold of anyone at this location on the phone and never received a call back despite several voicemails, when I scheduled his next appointment (for (3) Heartworm Prevention and (4) Bloodwork) I was told on the phone that he HAD received (3) Heartworm Prevention and (4) Bloodwork, but no (1) Comprehensive Exam. I found this concerning because I had specifically been told otherwise, and when I showed up for his appointment (July), I was told yet another version of events: he had NOT received (4) Bloodwork and had not received a (1) comprehensive exam but had received a “physical”. At this point, I have no idea if he had even received the aforementioned vaccines. If this does not concern you, consider the fact that if they are not able to consistently relay the care your pet has received, how can you be sure that they would catch any serious illnesses? At this point, all I will accept is a full refund for my wellness plan and to sever ties with this franchise. If you care about your pet, it is worth the extra money to get real, reliable care for them somewhere else.

The doctors and their staff take such great care of my two dumb, anxious shepherds. They got us in same day after they ate a whole bottle of pain medication. They followed up and did their continuing bloodwork as well to make sure they had no long term effects. They really care about pets and making sure you understand what is going on. Their prompt care was why this boy was able to guard his thanksgiving turkey.

Great staff! Very efficient and communicative. Previously taken the pets to Reno location, unfortunately with covid restrictions drop off are the only available appt. They pets were in and out in a reasonable amount of time vs. Reno. Thanks Sparks staff.
