Zero stars. I took both of my dogs to grind their nails today. Not only did they not take my dogs into the groomer into a sanitary environment but they literally performed this task on the sidewalk where one was bleeding from the leg after the grinder was left on and accidently grinded his front leg. But my poor Lola was bleeding because they grinder to the nub on her front paw and literally grinded in between her toes on her back leg… where she was bleeding from her foot. Refunded the $60 charge. I cleaned her wound and wrapped her foot. I’ll never bring her or any of my pets here ever again. Awful service, unprofessional and unsanitary conditions

They butchered my 15 yr old border collie I spent an hour trimming him up with scissors myself and they charged my mother $125 worst place ever

Excellent service on Wednesday today made her feel loved and secured she only had her nails done first time ever and her hair cut too

I brought both of our dogs for bathing. A border collie mix and a long haired Chihuahua mix. Both were excellently groomed. Staff was friendly and definitely love dogs.

Took great care of my little muttski's and dealt with my scattered self!

They are so kind to Punkin:) Walk up, ask for her nails to be trimmed and done before you know it!! Love you guys!!

They do a great job, nice people, convenient location, and my doggy got an excellent hairdo ???? They also did a great job trimming her face, and removing the hair from the ear canals as the vet recommended. She was in good spirits when I picked her up 1 1/2 hours later. It took a couple weeks to get an appointment but it was worth it.

Groomers are very kind, even after my 3rd visit the service and attention to my dog has been very consistent. I am so grateful to have their service throughout the quarantine. Highly suggest this groomer within the SSF area.

Nothing fancy but gets the job done. $70 for a grooming ( ouch!) is kinda peppy for this hood. Right around corner from other stores so you could waste some time while waiting..or drive to nearby Tanforan Mall.

I like a family business. Very personable. They did exactly what I wanted and even more. Would highly recommend ????

NO LIABILITY INSURANCE + NO CAMERAS. This is what I learned after I took my dog there and picked her up with a $7k surgery bill for a torn ACL. Most times your dog should be fine...but if you're unlucky like me, you've been warned. I simply don't understand why they wouldn't "protect" themselves from no fault "accidents" by having a $100 camera system...oh yea, they specifically DECLINED liability insurance when working with live animals...makes sense now.

Took our really fluffy and nervous pup for a day at the spa. It was seamless and efficient. I love that this place is a family business and has the mom and pop feel, they really care about the animals and you can tell by the happy and friendly dogs that are on standby to get groomed or are waiting to be picked up. The staff was really kind and down to earth. We will definitely be returning here.

The best grooming in town

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. They are always so nice to all the animals I see there. My long haired chihuahua had never had a haircut in 10 years and she knew exactly what to do!

The only place that could handle my dog and her nails. So very thankful they had the determination to get the job done! Will be back again and again!

Priced Right, you could see them work on your pet. Some places take your animal away where you can't see them work on them.

Gets the job done, but they don’t let you see washing. The management and client service part is a little bit outdated but it is a family run style business.

Bark n' Bubbles does a great job and are very friendly. The 4 instead of 5 stars is because they are expensive!

Best in the bay. Its hard trusting someone with your dog. These guys do it with class and at a affordable price. Don't judge a book by it's cover, might seem like a questionable establishment to the judgement eye. But if my pup is willing to walts on in with no objection, these guys are doing there job.

I love this place. They do a great job, they take care of my babies.
