Best pet food place. Super friendly family vibe with great perks

Ask about the free bag of food program.. buy X number of bags and get the next one free. Everyone is pretty knowledgeable about products. They also host a vet clinic on weekends to get cheaper prescription for flea meds (maybe it was heartworm) ...either way its a good deal. ... if they don't have what you want , they can order it sometimes. They put me on a call list for when they get new collar shipments and did follow through. They care about helping you take care of the animal in your life.

It's a warehouse of pet food and stuff. Mostly dogs and cats. No fish or birds for sale but they do have supplies for them.

Love going to the pet pals! They have tons of offerings. Big bags of wild bird seed cheap. Lots of varieties of food.

I buy all my pet supplies here instead of that other corporate "Pet" named place. They have the same stuff, staff is more chill and helpful, and you are shopping local when you come here.

September 2,2021 I am editing my previous review from a 5 to 1 star. I am thoroughly disappointed after my shopping experience today. As my husband and I were waiting in line, an unmasked customer was right behind us. There's an obvious mask mandate so I politely turned around asking the lady if she had a mask. She then says she forgot and didn't do anything about it but continue to step closer to us as we stepped further away asking her to give us space then. I'm upset mostly at the fact that when the lady went up to a register, she tells the employee she forgot her mask. To which the employee said, "Oh I don't mind" if that is the case, we will not be shopping here going forward. Absolutely appalling since covid numbers are on the rise and children are getting sick.

This store is awesome. The staff is knowledgeable and super helpful. And they have really great selection. The prices are really reasonable.I can feed my dog a healthy diet and not break the bank doing it.

Nice staff. I was a bit irritating about something that wasn't their fault and the cashier just took it on stride. I did apologize later. I used to be in customer service so I know how customers can be annoying. She was grateful but assured me it was fine. And her advice worked so she was right from the beginning. I didn't get her name but it was July 15, 2021 around 3:30 PM. She deserves accolades.
