Excellent customer service great care for my pup

For the money we paid they could have called back to ask how my cat was. He is spiraling downhill fast to skin and bones with no diagnosis and can't hold food downm

Thankful we found this Vet. My dog had an emergency and not one vet in the area would take her immediately, except Mono Way. My dog had his eye out of his socket. They were able to put it back in with amazing results. Everyone from check in to check out was amazing. Now I won't take my "kids" anywhere else.

They take care of all my animals with passion. I feel like they love my animals just as much as I do. Reasonable cost and excellent care. What more can you ask for?

My 2 pit mixes loved the vet and vet techs as I had problems with the previous clinic. They were very kind and gentle with my dogs. I would highly recommend them to any pet owners.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. THEY WILL KILL THEM AND CHARGE YOU FOR IT.

The visit to Monterey veterinary hospital was absolutely wonderful people are friendly they're attentive and they really care about animals sometimes you don't see that in veterinarians I know it's sad but this place is the place to go

The team at Mono Way Vet have helped me and my family care for our pets for years. They have been there for us not only during some of our hardest moments but the years of great times that led up to it. They have come to our home to help us a number of times and always have compassion. I can't thank them all enough.

Had an absolutely awful first visit with my puppy there today. Every interaction with 3 of the staff were terrible and they all seemed to not be good at their jobs. They kept trying to sell me the puppy package, couldn’t get his age/dob right, didn’t do an exam even though they had never seen him and he’s a rescue puppy from FOAC, and tried to double charge me for a fecal test (always ask to be explained each line item on your bill, they will try to scam you apparently). Do not go here if you can help it. I do not trust them and will not be back. There’s a lot more to this that happened, but just know they don’t know what they’re doing and all seemed to want to get as much $ out of me as possible.

So glad I chose them for taking care of my kitty. They're always so sweet and helpful and welcoming!

Pricey, but our pups are worth it!

My first experience here was with my little dog. The vet on staff had horrid bed side manner or any at all. She just seemed to not enjoy her job any longer. She didn't help my dog who suffers from chronic pneumonia caused from allergies. It wasn't until the second time around I saw a male vet. He was extremely sweet and helpful. The first vet to help my little pup with her allergies.

The veterinarian took her time with us and shared a lot of helpful information without me having to ask questions. The visit reminded me of taking my kids to our favorite pediatrician. Definitely the best vet I've ever been to, and the entire staff is wonderful!

So very good service considering what we went for. But a very sad day.

I am new to area and my dog was having a problem wheezing. I called and the got me in the next day a Saturday. I called other vets closer to my home and they were booked till June. So I was so happy they could get me in. They found a stick was was up in the roof of his mouth. It was a Saturday appointment at 11:30 and the took care of it right away which impressed me. I am so grateful they were there to help me with this situation. Will be using their boarding facility in June. Thanks again!

They have been out vets for over 20 years. I could not ask for better, more caring & considerate folks then they are now.

every year we clean my dog's teeth here at this hospital and every time I go he gets a lot of teeth extracted. but today I discovered them in his obvious fraud. My dog ​​only has 3 teeth and two molars and they charged me for the extraction of 7 teeth. when they faced me they reduced the price and said it was a mistake that there were only 4 I paid and I left. If you go to this hospital, be careful, check your bill before paying.

I love how well my animals are treated when I take them in. Wes is great and his staff is wonderful!
