This place is so beautiful and peaceful and the doctor and staff are amazing highly recommended bringing your animals here it has a home feel to it you wouldn’t really know you are at a vet

They will always say your wrong, cause of there NoTeS, no matter how you speak to them they will make you look like the bad person, if I could I would give them zero stars, and they also record phone calls with out consent. (Fyi) Saturday they also state every where that they open 8am facebook, there website, there front door, but once again your wrong for thinking that cause they open at 9 am and who would know this only them. Cause they don't update anything

Bethany is rude and unprofessional. After speaking to her multiple times about a particular issue there was absolutely no communication or follow up. Upon receiving my cats vet records I noticed her “communication notes.” Her notes were rude, unprofessional, and full of errors. I’m honestly embarrassed for this clinic. Don’t waste your time. You will be happy elsewhere, so will your pets.

Overall, average vet office. But the most EXPENSIVE vet in town. Took my daughters puppy for his first shots and dewormer, almost $300 went 2 weeks later for his follow up, another $100 deposit, and $$$ for visit. Nice people though.

I have had the worst experience with Live Oak. Dr. Luce is fine when not relying on others in his establishment. They failed to do the correct thyroid test and now wont answer my questions I have concerns about taking her off the meds (so she can be retested) she has been on without making her dealthy ill. His office manager/business partner has been dropping the ball and refusing to let me speak to the Dr for 2 weeks, cancels my other dogs surgery to remove possible cancerous tumors (already has one that was cancer removed) instead of rescheduling as I've asked. I've been trying for 2 weeks to speak to the Dr to get my questions answered. Multiple phone calls and emails. Worst staff I've ever experienced and Im a dog breeder! The dog in meds that may not be needed is an urgent matter too, it is thyroid medication. I get has tragity in their life but the way you handle it is what matters. These dogs are my children and just as important to me as any other family member! One star for the rare times I'm allowed to work with the doctor

This place is AWESOME!! I rescued a dog, took him here and they worked me in and took care of the dog, then called the next day to check on her.

We have always enjoyed this veterinary office. The people are always awesome! I think this vet is pretty fair on prices. Definitely not the most expensive I've been too. We're pretty happy with this vet and look forward to bringing our animals here.

Dr. Luce and his team continues to be a pleasure to work with, and provide excellent care for our two dogs. We have had a number of different dogs over the years, and ended up with a number of different basic issue. Each time Dr. Luce and his team have been able to properly identify and solve the issue, quickly, and for a very reasonable price. I have referred several friends who have actually driven in from out of the area because the quality of service at Live Oak is so much higher than other Vets. I wish health care for humans could be as well set up as the operation at Live Oak!

Dr Luce is a kind, patient and caring vet. Staff is very willing to assist in any situation. Mr Mills, my cat is well taken care of and all my questions answered. Fees are extremely reasonable. Surprisingly reasonable

Dr. Luce & his staff are phenomenal!!!! Best vet care ever. Very reasonable prices. I like that they have exam rooms exclusively for cats, our cat stays calmer without the scent of dog in the room. The comfort care room is a beautiful & peaceful room if the time comes that you have to say goodbye to your pet family members. Dr. Luce gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. Absolutely love Live Oak Veterinary!!!!

Dr. Luce and his staff are AMAZING!! They have been treating my pets for a couple years..yesterday, my 14 1/2 old labby took a turn, thank god for them, took us right away, made us as comfortable as they could..just took care of all of us... Thank you for your love and care..

I went there 1 time for my cat Sophie. It's been about a year and a half ago now. They were awsome, caring and took my carecredit. They didn't charge a lot and made me feel much better about my fur babie's health issue.
