In case you are looking for the best Veterinarian in town. Look no further. The staff members are direct extentions of Dr. Beth Polermo herself, veteran proffesionals in their field. They run a well oiled machine over there. We have had Dr. Polermo since our dog Aria was a puppy. Now she is 13! Today This amazing staff, took my dogs temperature, tested for Glaucoma, and gave her numbing solution for her eyes, trimmed every nail, checked and cleaned both ears. Checked her weight, checked all of her teeth, loved her, gave her dog treats. Got her on antibiotics, ear cleaning medication, and eye drop medication. Under an hour, and For 2 bills baby..!!.. We are so blessed to have our Aria under this award winning staffs care. ????????????????????

They can't handle my cat who needs her nails trimmed..will only do it sedated..at an additional cost of $90 to the $15..i have other issues..this is the latest

Tried to get apt for my very sick dog today. After waiting half the day and making 2 unsuccessful phone calls back to the office I find out they cannot see my dog and never talked to the vet about an appointment after all This leaving me at 3pm to find another vet. Not even a phone call. So unprofessional Will never go to this veterinarian for anything in the future. Shame on this office. There’s are our babies.

We love this doctor and her staff. We highly recommend this clinic. Unlike some places that talk over your head in medical language you don’t understand, they are kind and thorough in their explanation and make sure you understand. Their prices are reasonable. And they go beyond their call of duty. What more can I say? We are thrilled to know our dog is well taken care of there.

If I could give 10 stars I would! You can tell the passion and the Love Dr. Palermo has for animals. Makes the time to connect with you, listen to your concerns and gives you multiple options , also takes to time to explain pros and cons of any procedure.

She is comprehensive and sees the holistic picture. She does not try to up-sell the client. I love seeing the same technicians each and every visit. I could not be happier.
