I like the vets but the front office staff leaves something to be desired-snotty, rude, uncommunicative.

Went here to get some x-rays for me dog's front leg, no anesthesia needed, and they charged me through the nose for office visit, dog care, and x-rays....I've been to my fair share of Vet's and this has to be the most expensive vet visit I've ever seen BY FAR.....don't recommend this place unless you enjoy overpriced vet visits.

Tried to make an appointment for my grandmas cats. The person who answered the phone was very rude and seemed irritated by my questions.

Dr. Ashely Atkins and the staff at VOM showed my family and dog, Jack extraordinary care when we brought Jack in while traveling through Sonoma. They helped us make an incredibly difficult decision for our sick pup, and guided us through the process with compassion and professionalism. I will always be thankful.

The greatest team of compassionate, well educated female veterinarians and vet techs all in one office. They are moderately priced and on top of it all open on Saturdays.

The vets are all amazing and kind to my cat. They are so responsive if I need an appointment on short notice. They make recommendations but allow you to make your own decisions.

This morning we needed a cateter removed, and the person on staff refused to help. I don’t know her name but she was totally inflexible, not even allowing us to wait for a technician. As a result, we had to drive 2 hours (both ways) to the nearest VCA. It took them about 2 minutes to remove it. This was a terrible experience and I would leave a one star review, however they have done a really good job on a teeth cleaning (Dr. Deanna Schwab), which we absolutely recommend and it felt like a 5 star experience. Therefore I am are leaving this 3 star review, hoping they will review this issue and address it.

Very helpful staff, clean lobby and examination rooms, with knowledgeable Vet doctors. My dog was treated kindly, questions were answered and felt respected as a client. Will be going back for other examinations.

Dr. Atkins is a fantastic Vet and you can tell that she cares. The parking lot is pretty small though and hard to get in/out of, give yourself some time so you aren't late for your appointment!

They don't give you the attention that Arroyo Pet Hospital does. But they do seem cheaper.
