We have been going to Academy Animal Hospital for 2yrs. Always happy witht their service for my lab and kitty. All of the staff are very nice, coming out to the car and getting your pet, going over everything with you. I always recommend them if anyone asks.????

Dr. Reimann and Dr. Becari are compassionate, caring, smart, and just extraordinary people. I have taken many of my dogs to Academy Animal Hospital over many years. I am impressed with their abilities and their caring nature. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

I've been to this clinic only a handful of times now, but I know I am never leaving! I set up an appointment because I got a new puppy and they were closest to me. Every phone call, visit, and aftercare correspondence has been above and beyond! Every associate is so friendly and pleasant, never leaving you without the information you need to understand what's going on and with the upmost respect and care for you and your fur babies! You can tell the staff love animals, and I personally love to see their love. Dr. Beccari, our vet, is amazing! I've come in for some vaccinations and a small concern that quickly turned into a much bigger one. He was so patient and so helpful, showing genuine concern for my puppy getting the care he needs asap. He gave us a couple recommendations for an ortho surgeon and reached out to a few himself. I am forever grateful. I can't say enough about this establishment! I am so overwhelmed with joy and appreciation that I chose them to be our primary vet. I know my lil baby is in such great hands. Thank you all!

My Portuguese Water Dog, Zico, has been seen by the best in the field, but the doctors and staff at Academy Animal Hospital are by far the best, most professional, experts in their field, kind, thorough, understanding and compassionate when my fur baby and I hit a rough time. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME VET HOSPITAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dr Beccari & Dr Serrano have been taking care of my furry boy since we brought him home, rescue from Helen Woodward, over 4 years ago. I cannot say enough about this facility (clinic), staff, doctors. They are courteous, professional and always try to accommodate our requests and answer all of our questions. They call to check up on Scooter when he has been sick and are always there to assist in any way possible. Although we live in close relationship to their facility I would drive miles to still have Scooter seen by this clinic. Erin and all the support staff, well I can't say enough about their dedication and care given to Scooter. They really care about your pet as it is their own. Staff is so friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The system they have setup for covid restrictions is so efficient and easy to follow. Actually looking forward to rest of the vaccinations for our puppies.

i love how they call back to see how our dog was doing the next day. they have managed to get the animals seen, loved and taken care of during covid. my dog loves going there, she would stay there if she could.

Today was my second time taking my fiancé and I’s new German Shepherd puppy, Koa, to Academy Animal Hospital. Both times, the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and so good with baby Koa. Today he got his vaccination and when he got home he was sore (to be expected with this type of vaccination), so I called them back and I could not be happier that I did. Mary Jane (sorry for any misspellings) was the one helping me out and both my fiancé and I are so grateful for the extra time she took to call us back, go directly to talk to the doctor for us, and walk us through step by step how to help our little furbaby feel better. She, Dr. Beccari, and the whole Academy Animal Hospital team are blessing to have in Solana Beach. Thank you for all the help Mary Jane, we are excited to call Academy Animal Hospital Koa’s permanent veterinary home.

Academy hospital is a very caring and loving place. They care for my two frenchies and where very supportive when I had to put down my senior black lab. They really care about each and every patient that comes through their doors from the staff and the desk, the techs, and the vets. My questions are always answered and they go out of their way to keep my pets healthy. You can trust that your pet will get the best care at Academy. They are like family to us.
