Pet Smart grooming is the best!! I took my pup Biscuit & she came back the happiest and cleanest ever! She was groomed by Carly Zaremba, and I couldn’t recommend her enough!! Super nice and caring towards my dog’s needs and even sent her home with the most precious pink bows in each of her ears :,) We will definitely be back!!

They had the best selection of products of any PetSmart in the area. The staff was super friendly, even when they were treated poorly by other customers. Will be back for sure!

It started with one beta. ..It's a one stop shop. I have always been able to find someone to point me in the right direction. In the 3 or 4 times I've been, I've been in and out.

I have been so happy with my past purchases until now. I was disappointed when I tried to return the led light to the aquarium I bought. I tried new batteries old batteries cheap then Expensive batteries. Nothing was Ble to make the light work. Instead of switching it out with another I have to empty my fish and the aquarium contents plants, gravel. Very disappointed. May just return the thing and go elsewhere where I can get better support.

The cashier was wonderful. Helpful and courteous. Even held my new puppy Bandit ( 2.5 lbs) while I retrieved my wallet. Great job!!!

Oh yeah!!!!! This is the other Pet Smart that I went too.... They associates make you feel like a criminal!!!!! Trying to buy Angel Fish.... And they asking all these questions and unfortunately they wouldn't sell me me the fish. Had to settle for Beta fish because tank was too small.... To all you newbies like me, you are going To Have to lie to get the pet you want.... They probably won't sell you a cat or dog because your place is too small!!!!! What A Joke...... Leva's......

I love PetSmart but I do wish they had a biggest selection for small animals.

Have large selection of pet supplies for good prices, often comparable to Target prices. They will honor the online prices if you show them when in the store. Can order online and pick up your order or have it brought out. Also offer treat reward points which can be saved and used to take money off or can be donated. Staff is very helpful and nice.

Always friendly when we visit . My son loves to go see the animals they have and sometimes they even allow him to pet them .

Such a great experience , they educated us on the reptiles and other animals before we made the decision that fit us best. No pressure to buy and we found the pet that fit our home.

Good selection of products with a decent amount of sale items however some products are more expensive than other stores and everytime I have gone in there is only one cashier with a large line of people.

This Simi Valley pet superstore is pretty good for all your pet needs. From furry critters, avians, reptiles, fish, cats and dogs, you can usually find what you need at this one-stop pet shopping experience. Self dog wash facilities, a doggie day camp, pet grooming, veterinary care, pet training, and an adoption center they pretty much have it all. A clean store with friendly and helpful staff you’re sure to find any pet essentials.

Very disappointed on the grooming service provided at PetSmart. I used to come all the time, but lately it went down hill. I made an appointment two months ago...and on the appointment day, they cancelled on me. OK, I’ll give it another chance. Made a second appointment on the PetSmart app, came in and nobody was working the desk. I waited for 5 min, rang the bell and other employees just looked at me and didn’t say anything. I finally went up to an employee who saw me waiting, and said I had an appointment. She said the grooming service was closed for the day, and I should have received a call about the cancellation...WELL I DIDNT. At this point, I was very displeased on how they operate. Nobody cares, and clearly they are under staffed. I get it, things changed because of Covid, but at least follow up with your customers and let them know when appointments have been cancelled. Sadly I won’t be returning because it happened twice already.
