Their new place and new schedule is awesome! Their schedule is way more flexible and if you have a busy life and still need to take care of your pet, now you can and won't feel guilty about not having the time to take your pet for their checks and vaccinations. There's no excuses!

4.5 years ago I started using their services for my animals. The prices were right and affordable and I had no problem getting in as a walk in. When covid started, it was more difficult to get in... Had to wait outside the store at least an hour before they start just so I can get a spot. I was not happy about that but let it go. I also noticed that the prices went up as well. Today I found out that they moved to their new place.. Congrats on the new place to you guys, but it looks like your success went to your head. I have a growing puppy and I need to bring her in once a month to get her weight in order to get her tick and fleas meds. I went in today and got turn away after they took her weight. I asked if they can give me the pill right away since it does not take a long time but they refused. I explained to them that my time is as valuable as theirs and it does not take to long to pull out the pill from the closet. The office manager didn't care about what I said and asked me to send a text requesting the medication and wait 24 to 48 hours for a response . This is wrongful doing on their part and they just lost a valuable customer. I guess success did go to their head, however don't forget if you keep treating your customers with no respect, all your success will go down the drain. Think twice before going to this clinic.. If you are looking for a place that you can count on at time of need.. This is not the right one.

Ive been seeing pet pawzitive for over 4 years. We also used them to get paperwork done to ship my dog to Australia. Yes there is a wait to go see them but now they do appointments and it’s worth the wait. Prices are great compare to other vets.

The best of the best. I’ve been taking my mini goldendoodle here for 3 years now. I never feel rushed & get complete answers to help my dog. I feel lucky to have found these people! After my appointments they always call within the next few days to make sure everything is ok & if we have any more questions. I also love that they accept appointments at their Moorpark location. Game changer for me! We will never stop coming here. Great people doing great things!

I didn't go after being told I would need to show up early, see a vet to get puppy shots with no guarantee of actually being able to see a vet or when. Yet the temperatures are in the 90's and I'm sure my puppy would be dead if I had to wait around more than a few minutes to hope I would be seen. They need to make appointments or suspend the clinic in the summer if there if they can't assure you that you will be seen. I love my dog. Guess I will pay to have a legitimate appointment with a vet You will note in their response they are now trying to blame the government for having to wait outside. But I was simply told “ we share our space and there is no room”. Nice try. Maybe try being honest

Best Groomers this side of Pluto. I was so happy find these 2. They are excellent at what they do. You can see clearly they truly love these animals it's awesome.

Overpriced...Go to Arboles Animal Clinic in thousand oaks. They take appointments but they are like a family. I dont like this place. Too stressful, and at the Arboles Clinic I was able to see my dog. Not here. Dont like it here.

They are slow! And when I say slow, I don’t mean you wait a little longer because there are more people or because of covid. I mean it took 1/2 hour to have my name and address taken down. Then I stood in another line for another 1/2 hour while they “registered” 1 animal. Very very unsatisfactory. I do not recommend them.

I only got a check-up and shots for my new puppy, but my experience was great. The vet spent a lot of time talking to us about our concerns and the cost was very reasonable.

Love the vet. Always positive and professional. Yes its first come first serve but plan according. Dr C is the best vet. Handsome down.

Quick easy rabies vaccine due. Short wait at the end of the day crazy busy earlier. My Sugar had fun flirting with the other friendly pups. ???? staff & vet were very friendly & professional.

Great vet service, much cheaper than regular vet. in exchange for better Price it's first come first serve and displace usually fills up quickly if you aren't in line before they open the probability of you getting seen that day is very low

They are great at what they do. Easy to tell they really care and the cost is very reasonable. I will not go anywhere else.

Prices are okay. But service is pretty bad. Waited 2 hours only to have to leave with my puppy without her vaccines. If you can go anywhere else I would highly suggest going elsewhere. Especially because they play favorites. They also charged my mom alot more than what she needed for her dog, she came in for vaccines and microchip and left paying for alot more. Two stars because the store is amazing. Otherwise the clinic doesnt deserve much with the experience Ive had so far. Really disappointed.

I’m very particular where And whom I trust with my 14 old Yorkshire terrier named Buddy Davis. Dr. Concepcion certainly helped Buddy’s condition in all aspects. About two months ago he had a dental including x rays that showed how the infection affected his health. After the needed extractions and care his overall health improved vastly. Buddy now has more energy and his eyes look more clear. Highly recommend coming to this clinic for exams, vaccines, and dentals.

All I could say is wow.Came here for a 2nd opinion on my dogs teeth and wow what a awesome service.From now on we are going to make her are vet sooooo Friendly and nice such a sweet heart.
