They sounded very nice. Maybe if they weren't overwhelmed by all the evacuees' animals, they would be better. I was told on the phone how they loved my dog and she was doing so good. They would send me pictures. A week later...still no pictures even after I called twice. I was also told they would groom her before I picked her up. I called the evening before around 5:30. Picked her up the next day about 10:30 and her fur was sticky and stiff on her paws and her neck. She was very dirty and her fur was not shiny as it always is. She was not groomed at all. It was free so I should not complain, but I did not take my dog there.. she was transferred there by the Animsl Shelter. We were going leave a donation, however when we saw the condition she was in, we decided against it.

Couldn't be happier, my Tibetan terrier was getting matted and uncomfortable and her tail was extremely matted, they got everything, she looks cuter than ever and is so much more comfortable now. Pricing was incredible for the job done!! Will be coming back and recommending to others.

When I had my Husky malamute mix they did such an amazing job!! Now we have another Husky and they still do a fantastic job, I travel from Sacramento just to get my fur-baby pampered.

A great place for doggie day play and boarding. I feel like all staff members work hard to keep the dogs safe; my dog loves going here and always comes home exhausted. They are quick to clean up accidents and give Mocha time out when she needs it. Mocha is a rescue pit bull mix and the staff works really hard to encourage good manners and a calm demeanor. Thank you.

They do need to automate their record keeping. Good service and the dogs really enjoy it.

Good but I believe the groomers name is Sherry, moved her business to her home in Amador area. She did a good job with our elderly, recovering from cancer, doggy.

This place is a God-sent! I can't always take my puppy to the dog park to run him out of energy but this place will do it for you! And for a very reasonable price :) we've been going here for a few weeks my dog always comes back exhausted and they offer nail trims and exit baths as well. I highly recommend this place. you'll love the staff as well

The young lady that grooms my dogs is wonderful. I can bring my dogs here and when I leave I don't worry. That means alot to me, to have that piece of mind.

There isn't enough praise I can give to this group; everyone from the daycare facilitators, groomers, and adoption services is beyond top-notch when it comes to care and respect for the animals in their charge. I personally have adopted one of the best dogs I've ever owned from them, and I bring both of my dogs in to play at the daycare regularly. They love it! Always a friendly greeting from all the staff, and it speaks volunes that my dogs seem to love them even more than I do. If you're on the fence whether or not to use their services, I urge you to do so! Amazing group, thank you so much for all you do!

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE! They are not truthful! Your dog will be out in grooming kennels for overnight boarding with hard steel ground and that are too small for them. I watched a German shepherd and a husky both shoved into a kennel that they couldn't stand up in or turn around. They dont give them water once put into there kennels after being outside in the play yard because "itll spill". Also be sure to ask to see the cameras from down in the "community funded play yard" because they smack the dogs and I've seen little dogs being simply tossed over from pen to pen. I'm genuinely aarning you now for the sake of your dog please dont bring them here.

Erin did a wonderful job on our 2 miniature schnauzers. We've been looking for years for someone who knows how to groom them.

Our pups love their hotel experience. We used to try to task family with watching our dogs when we left town, which was always a hassle and somehow always ended up with us coming home to a house full of "accidents", which was always great to clean up after a long trip. We started bringing our dogs to the pet club. What a terrific experience all around. The staff is incredibly friendly and our dogs seem to love them. We even get them groomed here and they do an outstanding job every time! Charlie and Lulu love you guys, keep up the great work!
