Super nice staff, very competent. The line can get long on the weekends, so we try to go at other times. We like how convenient it is.

Great staff. A little rough with the office bing at the back of the store but they do offer good service.

Best pet care business model I've ever experienced. Walk-ins only, reasonable fees, great people, professional, covers all non-surgical needs. Make sure you go here so that they are in business every time I need them.

I used to go to VIP for all of my pets needs. Just recently my male needed shots updated to be neutered, I stated this to the girl. So she sold me on some package deal, we got the shots they drew blood etc and we were told to come back in 4 weeks for the boosters. So we went back in 4 weeks and were charged again for the boosters. It wouldn't have been a big deal if I was told i was going to have to pay again. I think that $160.00 is a lot to pay for shots I thought VIP pet care was for low income options, and I didn't even receive a rabies tag to put on his collar. I wonder if he even got a rabies vaccine, I am not positive that he did. If he didn't I will be reporting this to the BBB.

This place is a per store, mini clinic, and washing station all in 1. No sick, or injured animals can be seen there. Nice and friendly staff.

Staff were all so caring, professional, friendly, and informative. Thanks for treating my fur baby with love.

Went to the clinic on 34th in sacramento on Jan 39th, arrived 40 minutes prior to 1:00 opening, was 2nd in line. When personnel arrived they wanted me to check in via smart phone and I didn't have one. People that arrived after me were put in front of me. I was very upset for this discriminatory practice and will never ever use your services again. I will go to my regular vet for shots. Also, there is no swabbing at the injection site and some animals are prone to infection from this procedure. I stayed due to doing this for my brother who is wheelchair bound. Never again.

I tried calling them all day to confirm that I can arrive at 7 since Im driving over an hour to get here. All the other locations near me are closed. When I got there this rude girl told me she wasn't going to see my dog because they are closing in 30 min and didn't offer me anything else. After I explained to her that I had been calling them all day and that I drove from far away to get here. I was very upset and was asking for some sympathy. My pet ran out of his medication and he needs the blood test to get a refill, the vet didnt want to renew it online because he needs to come in first then covid happened and now he still doesn't have his medication. She didn't seem to care at all and just gave me attitude and told me to leave and come back another day. I've spend so much money on vip petcare. They obviously don't care at all. I cant believe they treat their guests and pet guests like this. Im taking my business elsewhere and so should you! Im beyond disappointed with this place.

The Vet was great and her techs were helpful. They explained what shots my dogs needed and the cost.

You really can’t best these guys for affordable pet care. We use them primarily and rarely end up at the vet.

Don't Go unless your willing to get there an hour PRIOR to opening Got there Saturday at 12 PM when they open, there was already a long line, waited 45 minutes in the sun for the nice lady to say they were DONE ACCEPTING ANIMALS FOR THE DAY. They close at 5pm. . . Would have been nice to at least have a heads up that they were about to be DONE ACCEPTING ANIMALS FOR THE DAY.

Great people, but seems like more staff should be added. The wait times are horrendous! They have shut down a lot of the clinic locations because of covid, but pets still need vet care.

Very friend and attentive staff... They are truely about helping dog owners (and im dure cats and other animals) but we were focused on our dogs... So they talked with us directly about our dogs and answered our questions... All the staff was very friendly.

Had to say goodbye to my best friend. They made it bearible with a very caring and patient staff.

Went in for my schnauzer nail trimming today as we have done this monthly at this VIP Pet Care inside Pet Food Express in Roseville. There were 3 groups ahead of us, so we patiently waited our turn (there were no ticket counter as you come in, they just passed number out randomly). So a guy with a white dog got there after us, but received service number before we did. VIP staff should pay attention to the order customer comes in, as there ARE NOT THAT MANY CUSTOMERS THERE. And there is a weird unexpected 5 minutes wait even with no other customer around. What were the staff doing you asked? They just milling around chatting to each other. They finally call us for service! After our pooch nail grind (we specifically asked for cutting and grinding), there are plenty of sharp edges around our dog nail as they do not round off (to prevent chip off and splintering). The VIP staff doesn't appear listen some customer requests and just do their own thing. This will be the last time we bring our pooch here due to their poor service for an expensive nail trim of $20.

They are very friendly and efficient. They scanned my dog's microchip and immediately brought up her records. No paperwork to fill out on the clunky clipboards.

I have been using the VIP Pet Wellness Center that runs out of the Pet Express store weekdays from 2:30-7:30. Dr. Katharyn Hart, DVM and her staff are wonderful. They were very caring and kind with my large older dog. The prices are very reasonable too. I live in Sacramento, but drive to this location as they saved me hundreds of dollars compared to the local vets in East Sacramento. They worked with me on different medications so that m dog could get the best treatment at the lowest cost. Very upfront with prices and recommended treatments for the biggest "bang for the buck"! I will continue to use these services in Roseville as the Pet Food Express in Sacramento does not offer this service (hint, hint!).

This vet is simply the best in the area!!
