These are very caring animal people. We never let our collie to be groomed unless we can see her if we care to, while she is being groomed. I think the person with the bad review may not realized that these are new owners Updating our wonderful review of the Poodle Puff

Dropped off a dog that wasn't bleeding picked up a dog that was bleeding. They claim they didn't put the cut on her foot, but we dropped off a dog that wasn't bleeding so........ We had been using them for around 3-5 hair cuts when we picked up our dog and she had a nasty cut on her foot - so no longer going there. See attached picture of my dog in a cone with a foot bandage on... cute haircut... bloody foot.

3rd flawless service today. Glad to have found a new groomer and so close to home. I was using a high end shop (that had high end rent that had to charge high prices) and am happy to have found a fair deal for the same job!

This place is amazing and I’d recommend you tip them. They’re super in tune with the animals and forsure know what they are doing. I took my dog there a few days ago and forsure will be bringing her back. Love you poodle puff! @MorpheusYung

Really happy with the service and my doggy was super happy! Usually she comes back home and curls up and feels uncomfortable but my dog came home feeling brand new. Unbeatable $55 grooming for my size of dog and they have a reward system where after the 12 or 13th visit the grooming service is free. Cannot wait to come back and will definitely recommend to family and friends!

They gave my Mia a fabulous haircut. Some many people have seen her and just love her poodle cut. She looks so cute. They were great with her.

This is by far my favorite place to take my dog. The owner and staff are very sweet and takes such good care of my dog i couldn’t ask for more. I recommend the poodle puff to anyone. Axle says hi ????

I love Poodle Puff !!! I have been coming here for the past 15 years. The new owner Magda is very sweet and caring. The groomer Sam is so fantastic. He is truly a dog whisperer , and he is very knowledgeable about dog psychology. You can really tell that he loves the animals so much. He has a very gentle touch, has a very calming effect on the animals, and is a true master in the art of grooming. He made my poodle look so beautiful!! I also love how they truly take a holistic approach to the care they give. You can tell that Sam and Magda sincerely love what they do. Their prices are also REALLY good. They charge like HALF of what a lot of other groomers charge!! I will not take my dog anywhere else for grooming. I don't trust anyone else to care for my dog other than Sam and Magda !!!!

To begin with Magdalena is lovely and greets my dog with such sweetness. She has been kind to hold on to him a little longer when im running late from work. I have taken my goldendoodle there 4x now and he looks amazing after!!The groomer Azama is a nice professional gentleman and has done a terrific job with Noodles. The pricing they offer is very affordable, totally worth it! I highly recommend this local business!!

The guys that groom the dogs seem to love our pets and do a nice job and for much less charge than other groomers nearby

I took my CAT to get groomed here. What a nice place! They were very welcoming and I could tell they really cared about my cat. It's not easy to find a place that will groom cats and they need love too! :-) I was very pleased with the service, the people and the price. I will definitely be back.

brought my two dogs there for baths since they were puppies and they absolutely love it - every time i pull up my dogs cant wait to get in - they love andy’s place!

I honestly don’t know who these 10 people are that are writing good reviews but they are not being honest. I have lived by this place for 12 years and have gone to it exactly 3 times and all 3 have been a horrible experience. I’m not someone to write reviews but sometimes you really have to try to help people avoid such a horrible place of business. I have two cats and have taken them both to get their nails trimmed. 1st time was about 8 years ago, the woman that helped me was so rude and asked me to bring my cat to the back and hold her..???? Umm! Why? If I wanted to hold her and help trim her nails I would do it at home and save the $$ I told her I didn’t want to do that, please take her to the bck and bring her out when she is done. 2nd time she took my cat and made me hold her in the front office space while she proceeded to trim her nails and tell me how I needed to brush her more because she was sheeding (cats get stressed or frightened, rapid sheeding is normal) She was very condescending. Today after avoiding this place for the last 6 years I decided to give it another chance... maybe that woman was not there anymore, maybe she was having a bad day. I walked in and said “hello! I wanted to get my cats nails trimmed” she automatically gave me a look that I took as I was bothering her...okay! Really? She then once again asked me to open the door that leave it to the back (again, not what I wanted to do but okay!) I wasn’t able to open the door because it didn’t have a door knob or latch that I could see, she told me again “COME IN” I said “I can’t” she walked up to me staring at me the whole way, when she got to the door she said “USE YOUR BRAIN!” ??????? Excuse me!!! Who speaks to a customer in this way??!?!? I said to “No! You do not speak to me that way” and walked out... this place smells bad and looks even worst. Please take my advice and DO NOT go there. This woman doesn’t deserve your money.

LOVE THIS PLACE. honestly they treat my dog very kindly and are always careful on cutting his hair. I love how they always style his hair. my dog is a maltese mix and he always gets a little afro and its so cute! The service is always amazing and very friendly. I recommend anyone to come here to get their pets groomed!
