Drove 15-20 minutes to get eye drops after calling a couple of time unanswered (over 2 hours duration) only to be turned around while arriving for a silly ignorant issue.

I was extremely happy with the dog food until my last purchase, especially the free range steer meal has about half inch of fat! this can't be good for my pets!

The VMB had received complaints from consumers and licensees that Ching, who owned an organic pet food store The PetStaurant, in Sherman Oaks, had engaged in the practice of unlicensed veterinary medicine. An investigation conducted by the Department of Consumer Affairs’ Division of Investigation (DOI), Investigation and Enforcement Unit – Chatsworth Field Office, and the VMB followed.

Marc is a gem. My pug was very ill. A friend recommended Marc and petstaurant. Marc gave some suggestions and urged to continue with medication from veterinary doctor. As a result even our vet was surprised how well our guy was doing. I am very grateful to Marc for all of his help.

Petstaurant and Marc are amazing. Mark was able to take our two pugs and get them feeling back to 100% from itching and other issues. Their food is amazing, the dogs love it and they look better than we have seen them in years. Mark is more like a good friend that will give his advice / opinion and leaves it up to you if you want to buy his food or even follow the directions but he is always there to help. My dog was seriously injured internally by chemicals distributed through the home by another household member. Big digestive issues now. We’ve been to hospitals multiple times middle of night. No doctor has diagnosed her. No doctor will communicate what they observe from symptoms. No doctor has given me any confidence they can care for her. Mark has. Mark is the ONLY ONE to discuss the conditions she may be experiencing as a result of the chemical. Only one to make suggestions on how to treat symptoms. Only one readily available 24/7 to answer questions as she tends to get symptomatic very late night. And the products he has recommended from his store to treat her system; Food and supplements, amazing! When administered when symptomatic they ease her suffering very quickly. I even know now if I see her starting to get symptomatic what to do based onMark’s previous recommendations. If I need more help, he’s there. The store staff is lovely. Very helpful. Friendly. And dedicated. Easy to oblige Delivery. Easy to oblige pickup outside of store. Helpful and inviting inside store. I regret I’ll soon be moving to the west side but I believe he has another store nearby. And if not, I’d drive here to get her supplements and food if need be. Thank you Mark and Petstaurant!

Our dog had been suffering from chronic diarrhea for the past week. Me and my girlfriend tried feeding him different food that would hopefully not upset his stomach. This was hard being our dog is a picky eater. We were worried so we were going to take him to the vet. After finding out there were no open walk-ins in our area, we decided to check out this place recommend by a friend. Mark was supper helpful in identifying our dogs issue and recommend us food for him. The next day his diarrhea was gone. We are very happy and greatful for this place ????

Early in 2020 we rescued a Goldendoodle from a local rescue. 2 days later we discovered that she has Megaesophagus. Not knowing what to do Marc was recommended. We called him on the phone, the first thing he said," was that he is not a Veterinarian." He told us what to do and to come see him in the morning. We went and saw him and again he said," I am not a Veterinarian." He recommended a specific diet, that we needed to make ourselves. So we make all of her food and use supplements recommended by Marc. We will call him with questions and he is always available and helpful.. His recommendations have changed our dogs life. We are Grateful...
