Josh and Michael are so great and professional! My pups always come back to me tails wagging and happy as can be! Not to mention they have great pricing!

The Groom Room was recommended by a friend, and I thought I was happy with previous groomers until I came here. Josh is thorough and his baths seem to last longer. Also the shampoo he uses smells slightly less chemical/perfumey. My dog does not like baths, and after a year he is still happy when we visit. I’ll be moving soon, and this place is worth the drive.

Got a referral from my friend and gosh, I am just upset that I didn't get it sooner! So happy with the all around experience and my puppers looked and smelled fabulous. It is such relief to find a great grooming spot after a lot of misses.

Took my dog "Piku" in today. Great experience. Quick turn around time and fantastic job. Felt good about leaving my little buddy with them. And a plus when they gave Piku some treats upon leaving. He is a very picky eater when it come to treats, but gobbled them up when we got home. Thanks for the great haircut and finding a treat he will eat. +10 for the staff there.

I met Josh for the first time 2 weeks ago when I took my cat for grooming and I was utterly impressed by his personality extremely pleasant and polite. Took care of my cat with tender loving care. Also gave me some ideas about home grooming. He truly cares for his clients and their pets. I highly recommend Groom Room for your pets grooming (Josh).

They always do a great job with our Luna. Standard schnauzers have a distinctive look that Josh and his team have mastered. We are very happy with their services and they are very reasonable, not to mention the nicest people. They take great care of our precious girl!

I contacted Josh asking for a full groom appointment for my Schauzer/Maltipoo mix, got a text back within hours offering an appointment one week away, which I gladly took. When I dropped my little fur girl off on the morning of the appointment, he asked me what I was looking for in a cut. I showed him a couple of pictures (two of which I got straight from his website). Since it was my "baby's" first time, I wasn't sure if she might be nervous and maybe bark or resist a bit, but she went to him right away. Within minutes after dropping her off, I got a text from Josh reassuring me that she was getting a bath and was doing great. About 3 hours later, he texted me to let me know that she would be ready in about 15 minutes. When I arrived to pay and pick her up, he was well organized and took care of everything in just a few minutes. The cut was just as I had asked, my little girl looked beautiful and content, and I drove away a happy customer. I would recommend Josh to anyone interested. He was receptive to my requests, and did what I asked.

The people that work here were extremely kind and professional. I had never taken my dogs for a professional haircut and I was quite nervous about leaving them. They came back not the least bit traumatized and looking quite good ????

Better prices and better service vs Petco.

I love this place. My dogs are always well cared for, and while they are normal dogs who don't love baths, they don't fear the Groom Room. They even caught an ear infection brewing my dog didn't have symptoms of yet and she got treated before she was in pain. They are the best groomers I have ever used. They are our groomers now.

Love Josh and the Groom Room. I've been taking my dogs to him for years, and he never disappoints. I won't take my girls anywhere else!

Groomers are cool people. Always do a great job and more importantly my dog comes back happy, clean, and in tact.

Josh and his groomers are amazing My dog is not the easiest dog to be groomed Petco groomers called me twice before to collect my dog because they couldn’t finish the haircut .I have 10 pound terrier dog who is very calm .Josh on the other hand not only groomed my dog but he did it perfectly he also cut his nails and brushed his teeth without any issues The best groomer in LA we so glad we found groom room they are the best

I'll never send my pup anywhere else! Josh and his team are amazing! They started taking care of my baby after a terrible experience with another groomer when we first adopted our dog. Patch was recovering from ticks and fleas and scared to death of groomers after he was basically shaved. He immediately took to Josh and now loves getting his monthly grooming here. Josh is so sweet and talented. You can tell that he loves his job and that his staff loves being there. I highly recommend The Groom Room ♥️ I recommend them to everyone I know and meet!

I am beyond thrilled to have found Josh. Not only does he do a beautiful job on my standard poodle, but he is kind, warm, and takes the time to understand what my needs are. His prices are unbeatable as well. Finally, and most importantly is that Hugo, my poodle loves going to be groomed by him!

Finally, someplace reliable to take our Norwegian Forest cat to be groomed. She adopted us a few years ago, and it became clear very quickly that she needed at least a sanitary trim. Until we found Josh we would periodically get her a full lion cut, and she loves it! Now she goes regularly. It’s too hot here for long haired cats. It’s nice to be able to take her someplace outside the house where, unlike the vet, she doesn’t resent us for taking her afterward. High praise from a cat.
