David is the best!! He helped me pick out some cat shampoos and had me laughing the whole time! Lots of variety too and much cheaper than the Petco down the street.

This is like the airport version of a restaurant. They basically only carry supplies for dogs and cats. If you have a small animal/exotic/bird/etc. I wouldn’t bother coming to this location.

They always do a great job with my Toby. The staff is very caring and I trust them with my dog.

Pet smart has to be the most pet friendly store I have ever been. They have literally everything and unlike Petco they have all brands of pet food. You have options thats why I don't shop Petco anymore because my cat loves variety so he gets so called healthy canned food (what Petco is supposedly selling) and fancy feast, friskies, etc. Same goes for dogs but let's be honest canned food is canned food. Doesn't matter what you put into it, it still has an unnatural shelf life (petco). I feed my fur baby home cooked food as well to balance out his diet. So as pet parents let's not be lazy, when you make dinner tonight or any other time get some extra fresh meat and cook it up for a healthy fresh meal that you know what's in it. INGREDIENTS MATTER. Take care of your fur babies.

This is the worst pet grooming I had ever visit .. They canceled my dog grooming 2 times, and third time I arrived for my dog appointment was told my dog is not perfect fit to get groomed at this store.. I asked for answers why they did not tell me this when we spoke in the phone and groomer did not have answers Horrible customer service

I purchased a Top Fin fish tank for my kids about 4 weeks ago. I went in to buy new filters and was told it was out of stock. I tried searching online and apparently the same filters are out of stock everywhere. I read the reviews on the product and this has apparently been an issue for at least 7 months. Why are you continuing to stock a fish tank if customers can’t buy filters?! I’m scrambling around trying to figure out how to not kill these fish so as to not traumatize my children who have been taking cafe of them every day. This is totally unacceptable.

Parking lot is pretty scary because nobody knows how to park and this location is a little bit small and dark inside but the staff are fantastic and help me out getting a harness before a long road trip with my pup

I had an appointment to get my 3 month old puppy to get groomed by Giselle after waiting a week and a half. Once we arrived Giselle started saying that all of our pups vaccinations are expired when in big bold lettering is states it expires in 2023. Then she started saying that our pup needs to have the rabies vaccine when in fact only 4+ month old puppies can get them and keep in mind our dog is 3 MONTHS. I asked her what her store policy is about the rabies vaccine and she said herself that only 4 months or older pups can get it. I was telling her first, our vaccinations aren’t expired and that he can’t get the rabies vaccine because he isn’t old enough yet, but she refused to listen to me or look at my documents for my dog. She then told us to get out of the store when all we wanted is to get our puppy groomed. We went to HealthySpot instead of PetSmart and they groomed our dog without any problems. She could of handled it better but she is so rude. I recommend not getting your dog groomed with Giselle! Trust me!

Past several times I have been here the staff are having personal conversations during the checkout process. Today they made a rude comment about the previous client who had just left the store right in front of me. Very unprofessional. I wonder what they said about us after we left. Won't be coming back here and suggest you don't either.

Giselle from the grooming department was very rude and rushed me off the phone this morning when I was asking her about the age cutoff limit for dog, telling me to call a bunch of other locations just because she was not aware if this policy is worldwide for PetSmart with age cut offs. I can't believe that dogs are being discriminated against for grooming because of their age, are you guys serious about that?so my dog is supposed to stay dirty if he's over 13, great that makes perfect sense bad service.

I've been buying your collar tags for ten years or longer. They are always the best quality and never wear away from the collar. Love your product!
