Being the parents of a Shitzu , we are always concerned with the care that our beloved pet receives, after trying a couple of other places we were still on the fence when this place was recommended to us. From the moment that we met the team and visiting the facility, we knew that THIS is the right place for our pet. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. My friends cat was STOLEN AND SOLD, the animals are not well cared for and are returned improperly fed, not groomed, and the website is a SHAM.

The owner is super nice and attentive. She takes a really good care of our pets. We have 3 dogs, and anytime we are out of town, she is the only person we trust her with our babies. My friend also has been going here for number of years, and she also is super happy about Paris's services. When I read some negative reviews, I figured someone wants to hurt her business, we all love her and the services. I am sure Google will take care of the wrong and false comments.

Great place, Paris is very accommodating, I feel comfortable leaving my cat with her.

Hi i have two cats that needed to be taken care of.also they were both very healthy no issues been sick.we also asked paris will you be taking care of them she said yes we asked for pictures she didnt want to send us pictures.time of pick up she was not even there only the care taker he took about 15min to come out.also our cats were extremely sick our youngest cat had a tempature of 104 mucus dripping from her nose the room smelled were the cats were staying this women never contacted us that our cat was sick our cat must have been sick for atleast 3 to 4 days paris never called to let us know. she also said our cats must have been sick already not true!we asked her to help with some payment towards the hospital bill she yelled at me later saying she will pay 100.00 got to the vet found out she paid 39.00 wow our cat could have died.i will never take my animals to this women paris again....and we paid a good amount for her services ????

In summary: Would never take my dog here again. After 2 days of staying at Paws Penthouse Pet Hotel, the puppy came out smelling like he was pulled out of a garbage dumpster. I had taken him to a top pet grooming service just a few days prior. From what I found out they have the pets run wild in the house, and the caretaker actually lives in a separate guest house which is located behind this house. For $100 spent (for which they did not even provide a receipt) for 2 days of stay, I would say this is the worst service we've received for our dog ever. My brother found this place on Google as he needed to drop our puppy off at a local pet hotel for 2 days over the Thanksgiving weekend. When I called to follow up on the pickup time, the lady (owner) seemed friendly and courteous. I had looked this place up on Yelp and someone mentioned that you could monitor your pets remotely. When I asked her about such video streaming service, she responded that she lives with the pets, and due to privacy issues associated with her primary residence, she could not have any cameras installed. While she advertised the place to be a pet loving residence (her own), the reality is that she lives in the house next to the one where the pets are held in. When I came to pick up my puppy, it took the caretaker (and not the owner) about 15 - 20 mins to come out. After 2 failed attempts to locate my dog, he finally brought him out. The dog appeared scared and intimidated. The worst of it was the horrible odor, immediately noticeable, particularly after the dog had been taken care of by a groomer earlier that week. Long and short of this is that I'm never taking my puppy to this place again.

DO NOT BOARD YOUR PET HERE. When I came to pick up my cat after 2 weeks, there was nobody home. I knew the owner's mother lived next door so I went there. Mother and another woman came out and together they knocked on the door. Finally after about 10 minutes a young man came from the back and opened up. The two phone numbers were out of service when I called before going over. I left a big bag of my cat's food with her which she fed to the other cats. The place is clean but my cat is very sick, sneezing, hasn't eaten for 2 days, hardly drinks any fluids. This place is unlicensed and needs to be shut down. I will inform the Department of Animal Services.

A friend recommended this place, I was a little skeptical about it at first but she convinced me to give it a try and boy am I glad I listened to her, my dog felt at home right from the beginning playing with other dogs and almost didn't want to home when I picked him up, prices were reasonable, place was very clean, Mani was really nice and helpful, I would definitely use them again.

I am a fan of the Paws Penthouse. My story and situation was quick and the paws penthouse accommodated me with haste, which was a life saver. I placed my two 9 month old kittens with Paris and they quickly respected the new habitat and have stayed fit playing with the other animal tenants (Radicchio my cat used to be chubby!) I have visited a few times in the 3 months and I can only see love in their eyes and understanding of this phase. That being said, my two cats are being respected which is a gift knowing I am at a distance from them. This place also has canines and I can only see happy dogs when I'm there and that's always a plus. The energy of this establishment is balanced. Thank You Paris!

Paris and Mani are both very nice and accommodating. The house and kennel areas are either clean or being cleaned and it's a home-y environment for the dogs. They don't think they are at a "kennel." They seem to have a lot of fun playing at what is a private residence on a nice street in Sherman Oaks and the inside of the house is lovely where the cats stay. It is not too far off the 405 freeway either. The rates are reasonable, too. I am a repeat customer and have told my friends about PP. I will be using them indefinitely.

I travel quite often, I came across this place by surfing the web, looked into it and I am very glad I did. They offer some great services and they are very professional. The place is clean and comforting and incredibly friendly. Wonderful to see the care and love they put into their business. Thank you so much for your professionalism.

My dog is always happy to go back to Paws Penthouse, and that is the most important feed back to me, I really appreciate the great service of the crew & the owner.

We had been bringing our maltese here since he was a tiny puppy. He has gone there for years and loves playing with his buddy Pash. It is a great place for puppy play! We have recommended this place to many of our friends.

This is a great doggy day and overnight care facility. I hate to use "kennel," because it's more of a second home for our dober-boy Eli, who has some separation anxiety, however he sees Paris as a favorite aunt, and always seems to have a good time when he stays. I would recommend Paws Penthouse to anyone in heartbeat,

I had an amazing experience using Paws Penthouse. Randomly calling and going for the first time and being pleasantly surprised by Paris and her staff at Paws Penthouse. My German Shepard was well cared for. So much that when I went to pick her up she didn't even acknowledge me and went straight to Paris. Paris is a true pet lover who cares for your pets. She is responsive to your calls and text messages and takes time to pleasantly listen to your concerns. This is a late thank you to Paris. Thank you for your love towards my Lola. You are a wonderful person and you are doing a Fantastic job. I highly recommend this place if you want to leave your pet in professional and caring hands!!!!!

When we left Ollie at your place we didn't have any complaints.

Parisa was excellent and I would strongly suggest anyone with animals to use her "hotel" services ;-)) My animals were very well cared for (I have two cats and a dog). They didn't come home with fleas, which unfortunately happened before at a different place...

My dog Spike felt right at home the minute we walked into Paris' home. He usually hesitates and makes it clear when he is not comfortable. I highly recommend Paws Penthouse and will certainly use it again!

I think your services are great - as far as I can tell. Your home was beautiful and I appreciate that the cats could be confined from other cats.

I had a very bitter taste in my mouth after the service received. Rude, bad customer service. A lot that was being advertised is in question. "Truly free roaming" is under a BIG question mark. Not attending to pet's needs, not listening to customer requests/concerns. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone who loves and cares for their pets. This is simply NOT the place.
